I definitely recommend this little gem We recently spent an evening dining at The Church and Wow! We were thoroughly looked after! The staff are amazing and the food was superb!! The ambience and location of this little place is fantastic. A visit is an absolute must, you won’t be disappointed. I have a guest house about 10 mile from Rostrevor but without a doubt I’ll be recommending The Church as a place to go and enjoy! Well done to all the staff for their warming welcome every time and their professional manner. See you all soon!!

Booked my coach party (50 passengers) for an evening meal, from booking a few weeks in advance until the day of arrival, Jenifer was always available deal with all our questions and menus available etc. Food was great, dessert to die for ! A great service, lovely building, well presented and great to see some of the original features. Jenifer was very willing to tell our group about the history of the Church, and is clearly a great ambassador for the area. Keep up the good work, and I would certainly recommend to individuals or groups.

Great meal in The Church yesterday. 15 hungry hikers all fed and happy. Jennifer was very helpful and friendly in giving us additional options. Veggie option was particularly applauded - tagine of sweet potato and lentil. The building also is lovely and interesting to visit. Definitely recommend.

Great restaurant, definitely worth a visit. Decor is great and food was lovely. The Hake was a bit pricey for the amount of it. The staff were friendly and efficient and with good wine knowledge. We'll be back.

What a lovely cafe with delicious food and coffee in a converted church! I needed coffee and the latte was a smooth, creamy pick-me-up! We split a bowl of the most amazing seafood chowder - savory, creamy, and brimful of big chunks of salmon and fish with a slice of wheaten bread. The warm goat cheese salad was delicious with grilled potatoes and mixed greens dressed with a light and slightly sweet vinaigrette. The smashburger with bacon and cheddar was really tasty! Definitely would go back there. Service was friendly. Interesting and pretty atmosphere.

Very accommodating as we had our toddler and our two dogs, have covered area outside. So you can still enjoy a meal in the rain. Kids portions are filling, only thing is it wasn't chicken dippers it was more like shredded chicken, burger bun was a wee bit too soggy.

Hidden Gem in Rostrevor. Beautiful converted Methodist church into a cafe. Has a very friendly atmosphere. Found it while driving by after dropping our son off to a hiking trail nearby. Rostrevor has a river running through it and on a good day is very pretty. A really beautiful part of Northern Ireland.

Fantastic restaurant. The owners have done a superb job at respectfully restoring this 1900's Methodist Church into what is becoming a popular social spot for locals. They are very accommodating for large groups with a swift service and fairly priced menu. The food is great and the service is excellent. Make sure and ask for the 'laughing yoga' waitress!!! You're sure to have a giggle!!

Great place for a bite. Food was delicious and full of flavor. The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful! The atmosphere is also very welcoming and relaxing as it’s a former small church that’s been renovated and updated, absolutely worth a visit at the very least!
