The car park is now back to normal after installing electric charge points. The new self service tools are also a bonus. I always experience great customer service in Waitrose.

Romsey is our go to store for proximity and a good range of organic produce EXCEPT there's far too much single use plastic on all products (the new branding hasn't changed this). There's poor organic line in tinned soups: only a range from USA and one from Heinz! I keep doing your survey and saying

The parking barrier wasn't working when we arrived but was sorted after about a 10 minute wait. The store is medium sized with a reasonable selection of products. I was shopping here as on holiday, but found it expensive.

Car park reasonably empty payment is required but if shopping in Waitrose £5.00 gives you 2 hours free.

The experience starts with the security staff employed during the covid crisis. You honestly could not have a nicer group of people. The trolleys are sanitised between each customer. The staff are all lovely. And the whole shop has an air of cleanliness and freshness. Highly, highly recommended.
