A lovely crafty morning down at Poppies painting bowls. Staff were both friendly and helpful, explaining the process to us. The coffee and cake afterwards in the cafe were delish. Can't wait to see our bowls once they have been glazed and fired.
A great little nursery with a fantastic cafe and craft centre. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the plants they sell and the crafts they offer. We have been twice now with our kids and will definitely go again. The coffee and cakes from the cafe were great. The owner was able to answer my many questions on the plants they sold, guiding me to ones that would suit our garden best, and he was very patient with our kids whilst doing their footprints. Really lovely chap, makes such a difference!

Exceptional home grown plants (I should know, I used to own a garden business) run by a very entertaining guy literally- who plays the recorder (no you're not tripping!)
Lovely cafe but the big draw are the plants for the quality and expert advice from the owner and staff.

Plants, Pottery/decoration Inc deco-patch, Ice cream and a cafe as well. Plenty to see and do. I would recommend a visit, especially if you're seeking somewhere a little quieter to gather your thoughts.
Really lovely hidden gem. Has a cafe attached, which has seating covered from rain. There was a craft place which next time I plan to visit and try.
We had a lovely visit, but there weren't many plants for sale. Maybe it was because it's out of season. I bought some bags of lovely pebbles though, and we stopped for coffee. No vegan cakes, but they did have crisps on request
I bought lots of lovely winter pansies, at half price..my garden is looking so colourful. I also bought a garden pot, but SO disappointed there were no other plants available...
Great quality plants, fun crafts, a lovely cafe with amazing cakes... And the best ice cream in the area 🥰
The place was really lovely and I've been going since I was very young. Afew things weren't amazing, there wasn't mutch choice in paper in the tub, but it wasn't mutch of an issue as there was always the choice to ask for other colours! Although, there is only one person there and she/he/they were always on the move so grabbing them to ask them something was tricky, but it wasn't too mutch of an issue because they did always check up on the table we were at. There was good guidance in what to do and there was lots of options and I mean LOTS of options. I would 100% recommend this place if you don't mind getting a little sticky!

Plants for my pots, especially plants and value for money prices.
Went to Poppies Pottery painting as a group of 4 adults and all had a great time, very calm environment and clear instructions and advice from the staff
Small but very good garden centre. Also a very good tearoom.
Went to paint pottery experience with my Granddaughter. She loves it there. Busy but staff friendly as usual except very busy so staff rushed.
Great little DIY craft centre (great for grandchildren) and coffee shops. New selection of plants coming ready for spring. Really like it here.
Excellent breakfast perfectly cooked. Nicely laid out nursery with a good selection of plants and shrubs. Well worth the visit. Will definitely be back, especially for the full English breakfast.
Excellent selection available. Everything was nice and clean. Card machine broke and it took a while to pay, but they tried very hard to quickly resolve the issue.
