I enjoyed my coffee here, and I had a Chocolate muffin with it and everything tasted good. The staff had a slight problem with the tills, but they were cheerful, patient and pleasant. Very patient infact. They had a good selection of seats in the seating area, some soft ones, and it feels very relaxing to sit with a coffee and to watch all the shoppers passing by. The social distancing measures are stuck to here.
It's my regular coffee shop in Romford, a good mix of staff who are friendly. I like to try both hot and cold varieties of coffee ☕ weather dependent of course.great place to relax and watch the world go by while enjoying a coffee and a snack....
There is an outdoor seating area and indoor seating available. However, the outdoor is very limited. The coffee is always good, and the wait time is always short. The service is good. The only downside is that this is the only Starbucks in the area, and you have to go into town to get to it.
I visited last week with my young baby. The staff were lovely, especially Viki who made us both feel very welcome.
I felt comfortable to breastfeed there too, so we will be coming back again soon!
Came here on a few instances now and been served by Amelia, I think she even served me on her first shift! She is always so friendly and so happy, incredible customer service and makes me take the further trip to this particular Starbucks in Romford. A real asset to the company!
Honestly can't praise the 'genuine team work' on show! Yes the coffee & food served was great, but their very thorough cleaning of every appliance was so professional! I used to work in John Lewis Catering and Starbucks obviously match their high cleaning standards too!! Gives you confidence to return knowing that hygiene is a genuine priority! Well done Starbucks Romford!!

Lovely place to stop off, clean and friendly. Vicki is so helpful and chats to my kids which they love being noticed. Would recommend the sweet treats but only one at a time.
I always come to Starbucks liberty mall branch, today i asked 1 puppuchino for my loving dog, the rest said they dont have, but Amelia gave her effort to give me a Puppuchino. I hope every starbucks branch can offer Puppichino for our loving dogs like in America. Thank you Amelia you made my little one really happy!
I'm a tea lover. And I always want a perfect taste of the tea which I normally don't get. But since I had from Starbucks tea and coffee... I don't go anywhere else if there's Starbucks... No second thought 👍
