Leanne is an amazing waitress and was so kind and friendly. She looked after us so well and we had 2 babies with us and she did all she could to make them happy. Will definitely be coming back again :-)

Leanne was an excellent waitress, making sure we had all we needed and asked for. Service was above and beyond - I asked her to ajust certain things on the menu, which she did with a smile.. she was truly pleasant, very cheerful and extraordinarily polite.. best waitress ever!

We have been visiting this cafe everytime we come to Romford not only for the beautiful food and amazing coffee but the staff. They are always so kind attentive and friendly nothing is ever too much trouble. Not only this but the place is spotless. Real little gem of a place couldn’t recommend this
Here the staff are actually happy to see you (unlike Starboy in Grays😇). No sizing up the punters for ability and disabilities, all is welcome and they embrace the McDonald’s approach which is keep the customer happy-collect their money- and get them to come back again.
