Great place in Romford. All of the Gelato and Sorbets are made in store and you can so taste the difference. All desserts made fresh to order. Friendly staff. Was my friends birthday so they put a candle in her dessert and the whole premises sang Happy Birthday. There is a large menu you can work your way through and they now do deliveries, what a great idea! Totally recommend it! xx

Came here with the family after a meal in Romford, desserts were top notch, plenty of fillings in the crepes, waffles were spot on, children were all happy with their ice creams..... we will be back. Visited for the first time here yesterday and was immediately impressed with the excellent customer service . We turned up 10 mins before opening, as a large group of 9 kids and 7 adults without booking and was so impressed that they opened the doors early for us as it was so cold waiting outside (without us asking) All the kids loved the big choice of reasonably priced waffles, crepes and flavoured ice creams . Have been to Creams several times too but Twists is definately on par food and staff wise , if not better . Will definately be returning soon to Twists ...Thanku 😁🍦🥞🍪👍🏻

I have been using this dessert shop for years and still use it often. I have never had a bad drink or item of food & the staff are very friendly. They also do half a waffle of any choice for the kids which you can get with any flavour ice cream which in a nice bonus!!
Lovely little place. Their oreo milkshake is amazing as well as their pancakes. They always give good protion sizes for the price. My only feedback would be to improve the waiting time for orders as I have sometimes waited 15 minutes or longer for a milkshake even when there are hardly any customers.
This is simply an awesome place to visit for a fantastic gelato or sundae. We opted for the latter even they seemed a little pricey and were totally overwhelmed by the size of them. You certainly got your monies worth. Next time we go we may try the waffles after seeing one being sent to another table. For those who want gelato or sorbet theres a superb range of flavours. We will be visiting again soon no doubt.
The portions here are very big. I had a crepe from here and I loved it. The white chubby girl with the bun was so kind and patient since I didnt know what to get. She even suggested some of her favourite toppings that worked really well together. Thank you for the 5 star service
I took my 5 year old Daughter here on Monday for the first time. We were served by a young lady called Abbie who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. My daughter wasn’t sure what to choose so Abbie made some suggestions and was really patient whilst my daughter decided - she chose a Banana Split which was lovely, good size portions and great value for money. I’ll definitely visit again and would recommend this place to anyone.
Was at this place last weekend, and I had the Nutella Crumble Crepe which was fantastic, i was spoilt for choices. The ice creams were fabulous, and the Sikh guy that served me was very patient and friendly while i was making my choice. He also went the extra mile in customer service as i had my young nephew with me.
Love coming into this place every time I visit my hometown. Visited the place on Tuesday and was served by a lovely girl called Nancy, she was friendly from the moment we came
in to when we left. I had the kinder waffle whicg was absolutely gorgeous. Portion size was so big but managed to eat it all. Definetly a place to visit when you are in the heart of Romford!!!
Today l had a really good 'create your own crep'. The staff was friendly and the order was served prompt. I was served by Nancy who was very kind and she even suggested some toppings that go well together. Good job people!
Best place to eat deserts in romford. Have a loyalty card where you stack up enough points and get a free milkshake waffle etc. Portions are definitely worth the price. Staff have always been polite and helpful.
I was often passing this place but today I finally got inside and I don't regret. They have a super friendly staff. Nancy was very nice and cooked the best waffles in my life. I do advise everyone to go there.
Best place to have your dessert in Romford! A delicious range of desserts from cakes, crepes, gelato, sorbet, sundaes, shakes and waffles.
