Excellent service and excellent food - spaghetti meat balls and garlic bread were spot on my bloke said and I had a prawn and salmon salad which honestly was the tastiest salad I think I’ve ever had and sweet potatoe fries were nice and we shared the barbecue chicken wings and they were scrumious !! I wrote a review on the iPad when I was in there at the end of a the meal, I was greeted by a very friendly lady who only pleased to help us decide what to have, very accommodating and such a lovely down to earth person, I love abit it good customer and she certainly is good at her job ! Overall the best meal out I’ve had in a long while ( baring in mind I went there last year and didn’t feel the same ) so I noticed a massive difference in the customer service and the food !!! I will defo recommend and I will be going back soon for that tasty salad lol and he chicken wings and the re fill cokes lol xx well done frankie and Bennie at Romford employing such a lovely lady Emily ( I hope I remembered her name correctly ) x
We came to Frankie and Benny's in Romford for a birthday celebration and we found the staff to be warm and friendly. Ina served us throughout the dinner and made sure we were well looked after. She would always check in on us with a big smile on her face which made such a difference.The food was amazing and I loved the meatball calzone. The food is always hot and well presented. We have been there a few times and have not been disappointed.
Great food and great staff. Had to wait a while but it was worth it.
I went there for a quick milkshake in between a Harry Potter marathon. I didn’t have high expectations of the place but was quickly humbled by the outstanding service. I think her name was “Ina” and she recommended the Black Forest milkshake. Best milkshake ever and great service with a smile. Mischief managed.
Walked in this morning for my usual Americano coffee and half a glass of Budweiser and to my surprise got the biggest random welcome by almost all the staff. Love the atmosphere here in F&B Romford.

One good thing about having a birthday party in a dine out restaurant is that it eases you of the energy sapping task of having to prepare the food. Last October, I was at Frankie and Benny’s with some friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The ambiance was good, the food was okay. I had F&B meatballs which is a pasta meal comprising of pork and beef meatballs in stewed tomatoes loaded on spaghetti. The meatballs were delicious but the tomato sauce tasted bland which made the spaghetti less enjoyable. Their services were quite fast and their staff’s were really friendly.
We went for breakfast about 10.30am on a Saturday. Friendly welcome when we walked in and we were able to choose where we sat - a double booth, even though we were just two guests. Contemporary grey decor which is fresh and clean.
Large glasses (not plastic) with ice and water arrived, quickly followed by hot lattes in nice sized cups and saucers, one with oat milk.
Fairly varied breakfast menu, something for everyone. Server was open to me ordering various sides separately which is always a plus - food all arrived on one plate too. Nice quality sausages, good poached eggs, lean bacon with mushrooms and avocado. My guest ordered the vegan breakfast with vegan sausages along with mini hash browns, all of which she was very happy with. Food arrived hot. Presentation and portion size is good and the food is fresh and appetising.
Great friendly service, checking in with us regularly but not too much.
Total with a good tip added was £19 each - one breakfast each with two lattes each.
Food was amazing, presented neatly also.
Cheese cake desert tasted heavenly.

Atmosphere was non existent as the restaurant was almost empty. I'm. Not surprised as this place is now very expensive for what you get.
I went with my family for lunch and we had such a great time. Our waiter was Marco and he provided us with the best service. He was very helpful, attentive and pleasant. He always checked to see if we needed something. The food was so tasty and the portion size was very big even the kids menu. Their cocktails was 10/10. I will definitely return back again.
I opted the combo deal wherein you get a starter and mains for £12. Food was served hot and prompt. The portion was quite generous and tasted fine. Although the mocktail menu wasn't too impressive and could've been presented a little less ordinary. The person who served food was notably friendly!
This used to be a very busy bustling restaurant, especially on a Saturday evening! Don't get me wrong the food is still good but there's alot less to choose from since I last frequented this place. Decent enough service refurbished not that there was anything wrong with it previously. I miss the lower lighting seems too bright. I would return but more for the convenience of having a meal after the cinema as part of an outing but to attend as a day outing itself I wouldn't so much. Nothing bad to say here just a bit different than the experience I was once used to from here.

I suppose choice of food is good for most people.
I chose gluten free so my choice was restricted but I guess I had a choice so I am happy.
We were taken I quickly and very nicely.
We did not wait long for food to be brought to our table.
Brewery car park affordable. Just careful on exit of multistorey: little narrow path but ok for me.
Today returned for work Christmas lunch and it was cool. Nice staff and professional and friendly 👍 .
Christmas menu is different and not bad.
Main menu has good choice. Like to be able to see calories. Very good.

Breakfast with Family - Food was lovely, as I’ve posted on the pictures the empty plate shows how good the food was. We were served by lovely Natalia who made us feel welcome and was very helpful, service with a smile. Would highly recommend. Will be going there very soon.
Loved it We had the BIG ONE.....
3 sausages 3 rashers of bacon, black pudding fried eggs tomato mushroom baked beans potato tots and crispy herb potatoes served with toast. OMG it was delicious. Definitely worth coming out in our pyjamas for a free breakfast. And thanks too Agata our waitress at Romford who was great.
The food was delicious and arrived on time - the chicken and ‘nduja pasta is always a fave but we also enjoyed the bbq platter, which my family picked out for the first time. Big thanks to Donald (but also all staff) for the great vibes and service
The restaurant ambient is great. Staff is nice and the food didn't take longer to arrive, although we were outside peak hours. Food was really nice, meat was perfectly done and everything was tasteful.
Feel a little harsh giving 4 stars as the service was so good but it was just very expensive for what it was.
The starter tear and share bread was so tasteless, when mentioned to our server he took this off the bill, which was a really nice gesture.
I had the cheeseburger with fries which was amazing. But just felt a little ripped off with the price, especially the drinks, but this is not the Romford branches fault as it’s not them who set the price but they also do student discount which is something to take into account.
Great service and perfect for family brunch. Kids loved it.
Experience here was great. ‘Donald’ was our waiter and he was so lovely. Food tasted amazing and would recommend. Didn’t wait too long for the food to arrive which is always amazing. Personal favourite is the carbonara with or without chicken. Favourite dessert has to be the NY cheesecake!
Marku is a very courteous waiter the cocktails are great too!
Had great lunch, been serve by Anna V, she was lovely,make my experience very pleasant. Food was great, specially brownies with vanilla ice-cream. Definitely get back.
