Been wanting to go here for ages and finally did and I was not disappointed.
It has Very friendly staff and reasonably priced desserts.
I would recommend going here and can’t wait to go again

Have been to Kaspa’s about 5 times in the last 6 months and each time it has been great! The staff are friendly and helpful and the waffles are to die for!!

Had my little boys birthday here after bowling. There were 15 of us. Great service, � desserts were amazing and as an added bonus they bought out a birthday ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday to him. Thank you all xx

First time coming here and it was lovely. The desserts were very tasty and indulgent. I had ice cream with caramel sauce and also a triple chocolate fudge cake and my hubby had a jammie doughnut drizzled with sauce and crushed biscuit. The only reason I didn't give it a 5* was that the lady serving us at the till seemed confused. If I knew the cake came with ice cream I probably wouldn't have ordered ice cream and in the end couldn't finish the one that came with the cake. Overall still a good place with good customer service and we will definitely be coming back.
Lovely ambience.The quality of their desserts was outstanding. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable. I can't wait to return for more delightful desserts and exceptional service.
Great dessert restaurant. My only concern is they don't differ much from Cream's. I really wanted a luscious French toast dessert but they don't do that here, just like Cream's don't it too.
For what it's worth, they do ok with what they have on offer. The kids seem to like it so that's ok for me.
I came here with some friends and we were easily able to find a table. Luckily we have been here before and knew how to place an order since the employees did not explain this to us. I was a bit disappointed to find out that we could not use the Meerkat discount here as they did not inform us about this until we came to paying. The food itself was nice and some nice music was playing in the background. Nobody came to check on us until nearly an hour after our food was delivered, so the customer service wasn't brilliant. I will not rush back here, but I did enjoy the food.
Staff were lovely and recommended this Bueno waffle and it didn't disappoint.
Yummy!! A wide range of waffles, crepes, bubble drinks, milkshakes, teas, coffees! Lovely staff. Quick service once you order! Really nice for families even with buggies. Definitely recommend.
Only go to place locally for desserts, hot fudge sundae is a must... recomended by Rex who was also very polite & helpful... since then it's always on my order list... A*****
This is a nice place to go with friends. They have big tables for large groups.
They service is good but could be improved.
We asked for water for the table but they seemed to have forgotten about it even though it was on my receipt.
The decor is nice and the music is not too loud.

Good tasting deserts, good variety; cones, sundayes, waffles, hot bakes and suchlike. It was busy on a Sat, as expected. this means you will have to wait in a long queue, you still queue for table orders too.
Desserts were all brilliant and served promptly. Staff were friendly and very helpful, accommodating any requests. I recommend to visit once a week atleast Worth a visit!

Love it here! Very trendy, spotlessly clean and lots of seating. THE best desert menu you can imagine.....sundeas, crepes, gatueaux, ice creams and waffles plus lots more. Definitely worth a visit (not so great for the waistline 😱)
Really nice dessert hot or cold! Good service really fast and we were a group of 9! Kids loved it! Reasonable prices..... deffinatly will be back again!
