Pannas is one of my favourite Indian restaurants and having been there many times over the years I can honestly say the food has been consistently delicious every time.
The general atmosphere is calm and relaxed with beautiful decor. However the live music on a Thursday evening isn't something I enjoyed and found it annoying at times when trying to socialise. For this reason I try and avoid going there on a Thursday if I can.
Coming from a vegetarian family it is a brilliant place to take the elders in the family to as they cater for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians in a unique way; by having two completely separate kitchens. Food is prepared and served from the two kitchens and the service of the food is at a high standard with some very friendly staff.
It is a nice place to spend a Sunday afternoon at, going downstairs for a game of bowling and spending some time in the arcades and then going upstairs for Indian food or popping into Volti Nolti (which is another restaurant at the City Pavilion).
My favourite dishes at Pannas have got to be the garlic chilli paneer (a must have!!!), garlic chilli chips, mogo, crispy bhajiya, garlic naan and potato aloo. Wouldn't highly recommend this restaurant !
I was happily surprised by the sunday buffet although the ambience was dull we were the only one service was a bit slow taking into consideration that we were the only one in the restaurant. but the food was good and reasonably priced. The drink's did take a fair bit of time to arrive I at one point thought they might have forgotten about us. The decor was really nice I think I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was.
We organised a party here and Nishant and his team were extremely professional and accommodating. All the guests that attended loved the venue too. We used the in house catering and the food was amazing. The guests loved the food too and complimented it for days after the party. Would definitely recommend the venue for holding events here and the catering is exceptional.
Exquisite venu. Very hospitable & helpful staff and management. And if you want to play bowling downstairs. Nice park, lake & woods nearly. Would thoroughly recommend anyone. Harish Popat

Value for money, authentic Indian restaurant. The quality of the food is really good. However service could be better!

Love this restaurant. Delicious food and really attentive staff. Having had to cut dairy out of my diet, going out for a meal can be tricky. The waiter and chef at Panna couldn’t have been more helpful and accomodating. They adapted some of my favourite dishes without any fuss and so I was able to enjoy a lovely meal out with my family. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent service by all staff at the Pannas Restaurant. We were welcomed by a lovely lady named Donna. She was very welcoming and polite. Great value for money and the quality of food was above and beyond expectations. Will definitely visit again.

Service can range from very quick to very slow. But food was very good, was waited on well and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal
