friday evening and need something great to eat and my partner suggested Smokeys Shack. Ok.... Near enough and food usually good. Tonight though was positively different. I am gluten free and at times my choices can be limited and because I can cook sometimes eating out can be a disappointment .... My partner thinks I am hard to please. Tonight the special was grilled sea bass and tapenade sauce and it was gluten free. When the dish arrived I was really impressed with the presentation and was in for quite a treat .... It was so delicious! It was quite a serving as well and I thought surely this was going to be expensive. .... It was not ... Just a top end meal for a reasonable price at Smokeys! Top marks to the chef!
9 of us went to smokey's Saturday 21st April for my son's 21st birthday meal. Absolutely loved the place � decco is fantastic you can see so much effort has gone in to the place!
The food was amazing and loved the way the food was served.
The service was great everyone was friendly and the place was buzzing.
Was lovely and busy and had lots of atmosphere. I've gotta say the sweet potato fries was the best I've had �

Just got back from Smokey's Shack and we couldn't fault it. The food was great, large portion size and the ribs I had just fell off the bone. Cocktails were delicious and the service was brilliant. None of us had dessert as we were all full, but some of the desserts I saw looked fab. Well done Smokey's we will definately be back!

We came to Smokey’s as a group of 15 including children and I can honestly say the service couldn’t have been any better! With a large group hiccups are expected but there was none!! Not one of us had complaints about our food! It was lovely tasting and very fresh. Not to mention the fab ways in which they serve it! My youngest has multiple allergies and eating out can be fairly stressful but the waiter went beyond measure to cater for our son and us all as a group! We will tell everyone how great this place was for us and most certainly will be returning!!
Came last night for a friends birthday meal! Wasn’t too sure what to expect � but you exceeded our expectations!! Kate (think this was her name...sorry ��) our waitress couldn’t help us enough! She even surprised us all with a sparkler and special dessert for
the birthday girl � food was amazing and cocktails even better � we will 1000% be back for another meal in the near future �

Super cool restaurant and great food. Our order got through really quickly and the food was great. Staff was very helpful and nice. You can expect huge portions and great quality. The place is really cozy with a nice outside seating area. Great for birthday parties and dinning out with friends.

First time at Smokey's Shack and it was fabulous, service, nice and quick service, friendly staff, love the happy hour, food was fantastic, had a Sledgehammer Burger with sweet potatoes and my other half had Ribs, and man that was delicious, starters were just spot on and deserts was yummy, loved the 2 for 1 cocktails. Will be calling back soon, as prices are very acceptable.

Been past this place a couple of times when traveling to the hospital and always wanted to go as it looks good, had a very early appointment at the hospital so we decided to go here when it opened first thing, we went by the door not sure about going in but was welcomed open armed by a lovely guy, sat us down and made us feel very very welcome, he was funny and entertaining and was juggling for people's kids and making everyone laugh and even though the place was filling up you didn't feel pushed aside. He was always checking making sure everything was perfect, asked him his name because I thought he was the owner but turned out he was the manager. He is called Dominic so if you go say hi because he really makes this place special. The interior is amazing more than amazing lol it's like a old wild west theme. We sat down and ordered our food and we received our food less than 10 minutes after, very quick. Stuck to their quick lunch promise. The food was amazing visually and tasted outstanding, the blue slush puppy which is hand made was incredible as well. The place has a old balcony shack that's kids could go up on and you could get a picture. This place is a must go to place, it has everything, even has a food challenge, they have different nights where they do different things so has something for everyone, I go to a lot of restaurants and I got to say this one is one of the best, we will definitely be going back. Nice independently run place. Thank you.

Great Sunday roast. Starters from their regular menu, the Bang Bang Chicken Salad was excellent. The roast pork was really good and plenty of it. Two courses for £19.95 with drinks at pub prices.
All accompanied by a jazz trio from 4:00 pm.
Really great for a celebratory Sunday lunch.
