Nice bar and grill staff realy friendly we only stopped for quick drink but the menu looked lovely
We turned up on a busy night without a reservation, but we were treated to a lovely sea view and had our starters within 25 minutes. The food is of a brilliant quality and the waitresses were professional and friendly.

Arrived on a typical Cornish Spring day, absolutely pouring with rain and windy with it, inside was what I'd call quietly busy with small groups of people chatting at their tables all looking the better for being in the warmth and not outside.

Fab dining experience, very accommodating to special requirements, non fussy friendly service. The view is beautiful looking over the estuary to Padstow and the breakfast is to die for. Big thanks to Kate - manager, Billy - cocktails and James - Chef for another cracking time this year 😁😁😁
Great food, generous portions. Lots of local produce on offer. Very scrummy puds. Was lucky enough to be able to sit outside on a lovely summer's evening and take in rhe view. Service good, but coukd have been better (we had to chase a coffee order and ask to order after waiting a fair while).

Second time here in the space of a month. Love this place so much awesome views from the balcony and the food each time was spot on. Staff very attentive towards our 2 young children.
No. 1 rock road is surely the hidden gem in the crown of North Cornwall. The lights from Padstow glistening off the estuary create the perfect backdrop to an evening of exceptional food and genuinely friendly service. A wonderful evening!
Service was excellent fantastic food cooked to perfection, kids meals were great too. Always good to see staff asking if everything okay with food etc.
On a visit to this restaurant we found the staff extremely helpful , the menu was extensive and the service was not rushed but delightfully leisurely . The owners and staff are to be highly commended .

Fabulous burger, my wife's mozzarella ciabatta looked good too. Coffee excellent.
