Come here for a quick Sunday roast, the place was busy but fortunately we were able to be squeezed in seeing as we were only a small table of 2. Had a very enjoyable meal here on a Thursday lunchtime, the quality of the food was very good. Only slight negative would be that we had a longer wait for the food to be delivered than we would have liked.
Tommy was our waiter and he was very lovely, kind. Service was quick, made us feel very comfortable. The food was lovely and come out altogether. Portion size was spot on and all round really good service. Highly recommend!
Really nice pub/restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately the last few visits have let it down. Hunters chicken was incredibly dry, in-fact tough to cut. Had to wait 40 minutes for 1 simple desert, we walked out in the end (it came out as we were paying!) plus 2 completely flat cokes.

A meal for four at lunchtime. Great service from Tommy, Charley and Janine. Reasonable menu choices, mini camembert and soup starters recommended. Fish and chips, lasagne and schnitzel all nice hot tasty meals. Two for one on some main courses gives excellent value.
