We had a lovely family meal here before heading home after a fun afternoon visiting Rochester. There was lots to choose from on the menu including vegetarian options. The sides were great. Some cool drink choices too including shakes and cocktails. Friendly service. Nice buzzy atmosphere on a Saturday evening :)

Our go to place for a fantastic burger!!! It’s so good we go there 4-5 times a month and occasionally for breakfast on Saturdays. Truly amazing. Small menu done to perfection. So glad to have them in Rochester.

A really nice suprise we went here with some friends b/holiday. We all shared the starters we shared the Halloumi (Sticky fingers) Chicken. Mains we ordered the double smash patty burgers with the Dirty Charlie fries, sauces were to die for. Really nice vibe in the restaurant, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, I have to say had pride in the quality and detail of the food. Great value for money. Will be booking again and can't wait to try more of the menu. Thank you everyone @ chuck & blade.

Visited the Ramsgate branch for our anniversary tonight and it was amazing. From start to finish the service, atmosphere and most of all the food was outstanding. Left feeling very full and very welcome at the new store. Congratulations on your store and welcome to our little town!

I am delighted that Chuck and Blade have arrived in Ramsgate, this now saves me a trip to Canterbury, which was the only reason for going to into the city anyway... Having raved about your burgers to my Sis, it was the obvious place to go for lunch when she came to visit... So, today, James was excellent at looking after us, presented a trashiest tray with the juiciest, filthiest burgers, loaded fries, sticky fingers and Korean BBQ chicken stips all simply devine! James also shared your amazing story of a local expanding Kent business - well done chaps, keep up the great work... Oh, and we think you should sell your BBQ sauce, its delish!

One word: yum! Lots of meat options, but I had the vegan burger, Hugh Plant and hands-down it's the best vegan burger I've had since California. The patty was awesome, but also their sauce was delicious. The skin-on-fries also great! Wonderful friendly, efficient service, too. Really recommend!

Alex and his team are fab! It’s not just a burger! If you haven’t had a chance to try out Chuck n Blade, you need to see what you’re missing. Amazing fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the poutine and the best salted caramel milkshake I’ve ever tasted! Can’t wait to try out the Eastbourne branch. Thank you for a great birthday treat!

Visited on a Tuesday evening, were seated straight away - lots of space, very clean and really nice atmosphere and decor. I’d ordered food from here for delivery but never eaten in before but I definitely would visit again. We were served by Rachel, she was very friendly and approachable and served us quickly. The food also arrived after a short time, and was delicious. I had the Big Charlie and my partner had the dipper burger, both were amazing and the gravy was so good. I also recommend the tots! To make it even better they do 2 for 1 burgers on a Tuesday, so this came to a really reasonable price for the quality. We will definitely come again.

Without a doubt the best place to grab a burger in Rochester. Amazing staff, lovely atmosphere and the food is unreal. The menu is full of variety, showcasing the high quality ingredients that they use. There are some great features such as their own homemade burger sauce and an awesome bbq sauce. The highlights for us had to be the chicken thigh burger which was simply one of the best I'VE EVER had...and the milkshakes were just brilliant too. All the menu is amazing so make sure to check this place out. Not to be missed.

We visited Chuck and blade in Rochester today and what a great meal we had. Our waitress Rachel was excellent and couldn't do more for us. I had The Cluck Norris burger and my husband had the big Charlie and beef brisket burger. We shared a large portion of skinny fries, my husband tried one of their ales and I had a large Merlot. Rachel brought us our bill at the end of the meal and then realized that we didn't have the two for one offer on the burgers which apparently is something they do on a Tuesday. We were totally unaware and thought a lot of her for remembering and subsequently taking our bill down another ten pound. We thought it was extremely reasonable and would definitely go back. Best burgers we have ever had and totally different to what you usually get when you eat out. The flavours were incredible.

Top notch burgers, and the service was excellent. The waitresses were polite, efficient, and not overbearing. The price, quality, and service when compared to the likes of GBK beats them hands down. Also serves local beers. Will be back!

This has to be the best burger place going around! Tried several of the burgers and they were all so tasty; my personal favourite being the Big Charlie. The brisket Poutine fries were amazing and the milkshakes were to die for. They also serve coffee and brownies which I had on another day and that was so good. All of the staff were super friendly and the service was top notch. Will be back for sure!

Been to many burger restaurants over the years and this is certainly one of the good ones. Food was well presented and cooked well. Opted for the Cluck Norris which was a deep fried chicken thigh with Korean BBQ sauce, cheese, hash brown and honey coleslaw. Also went for a side of fries with rosemary salt and ketchup as extras. Down to four stars simply because the service was not amazing. We waited a long time after finishing for the bill to arrive and sensed a funny vibe from the member of staff when we wished to split the bill (as a small group) between cash and card.

The food was lovely, I thought a tad expensive for what it was but delicious all the same. The service was good, although we were asked for drinks when we came in then bit again until we were asked for deserts. We definitely would have had another round of drinks in the interim. The servers were very polite and knowledgeable. We went on a Saturday night and the music was so loud it was difficult to hear everyone at the table so it was much louder than it needed to be with everyone shouting at everyone else. Not for my taste but it was a Saturday night so maybe that's just what to expect? I'd go there again but earlier!

Staff were really cool and friendly. The food was amazing. Chicken enters crispy outside and tender inside. Good portion size for it's price.

Been meaning to eat here for ages, and glad we finally did as food and service were so good. The halloumi fries and burnt ends were the best I've had. Didn't have to wait ages on food and it came out fresh and hot. Service was really good, staff were friendly and our waitress Rachel was really lovely, friendly and made good recommendations. Will definitely be going back

Our waitress Rachel was brilliant – friendly and super helpful! We'd pre-booked a table for 15 people on a Saturday. Our large group ordered a wide variety of dishes, sides and plenty of drinks. The kitchen did a superb job of getting everything right, cooked to perfection and delivered everything to our large table at the same time – quite a feat and quite the feast! We'll certainly be back. Thank you Rachel and crew! We're definitely coming back.
