Great service and good food
We’d been out bowling in the complex for my daughters birthday and originally popped into the waters edge next door but the manager and staff were so disgustingly rude we left and went to Frankie and bennys instead. And thank god we did!! They were more than welcoming of our large family gathering! The staff were amazing and so friendly, the food was great too! They even played happy birthday music when they brought out my daughters dessert and they’d wrote a happy birthday message too! 🥰
We had booked as it was for a Birthday. The staff were incredible ! So helpful and kind. Sad I didn’t manage to catch our waiters name as he offered some of the best service we have ever had. The food was also very delicious ! Thank you :)
Very popular restaurant. Still a great place to eat & catch up with friends & family. The staff are friendly, helpful & go out of their way to make sure you have a great dinning time. 10/10 on service & food.
Tasty food, really friendly and helpful staff and even charged less than I thought since there was a deal which I wasn't aware of and didn't ask for, but was applied to the bill anyway.
Took my wife and 3 year old and they were very accommodating and patient with a noisy toddler and were happy to serve his pasta sauce on the side. It was initially missed so came together but they were apologetic and sorted it super quickly.
Food & service great....was not very busy on a Thursday when we went at around 7:15pm.

Not exactly an Italian restaurant, but hey they are Italo American after all.
We had 2 burgers, the mac and cheese and the halloumi.
They were good, average quality, good to have a quick bite before the cinema.
Really impressed with the food here, that’s about our sixth attempt of a family meal in different restaurants and finally somewhere that didn’t mess up, had good service and food was beautiful! Drinks took a while to arrive but food was quick and everyone was really pleased with their meals, even the music was banging, was quieter than expected for a Friday but defo wasn’t an issue for us haha
Visiting family in Kent, a group of veggies vegans and meat eaters and the food was delicious couldn't fault any of the dishes, the service was excellent, the waiters knew answers to questions, nitpicking- the Aircon drive is out in the end, very hot day but they overdid the Aircon. Overall though perfect will go again
We booked a table for 13 for my daughters birthday, the staff were amazing - very prompt and nothing was too much trouble, they took care of the birthday cake for us which was a nice surprise for my daughter. They waited patiently as a couple of people were in the toilet. They waiting for all to be seated. The food was lovely, came out together hot and fresh and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend, especially to large groups
Not a bad little place with a good selection of vegan food to choose from! Friendly staff and all kept in guidance with covid rules. Only complaint would be that it felt we got forgotten towards the end when was waiting for the bill, but could just be due to it being busy and newly open again after lockdown.
We alway enjoy our experience even if the food feels pricey these days. Our server Jamie was excellent as always. He's a credit to the company.
