Ordered for the first time tonight. They gave us a free box of fried chicken, I'm guessing since we ordered so late at night and they had leftovers. Whatever the reason that's 10/10 on the customer service front! The kebab was great, good portion and flavorsome, particularly the chicken doner. New favourite kebab shop!
I was expecting this to be a mediocre place but the food was actually really good, I ordered over the phone and was able to pay at my front door with my card. Would definitely order again 👍🏿
The staff are extremely helpful and kind. We ordered through Deliveroo and they never showed up, with our order. When we called Frindsbury grill, they tried to resolve the issue with Deliveroo and when they were unable to do this. They were kind enough to send our order back out to us, free of charge. I would definitely order again and recommend to anyone.
Once again Frindsbury grill went over and above in they customer service. And the food was amazing. The portion sizes were huge. Would highly recommend!!
Used 2 times now and food fantastic on both occasions. Fast delivery too. Now for the bad. 1 kebab turned up wrong, I rang straight away and a replacement was with us very quickly. So I have no problem recommending you Use them. Al in all 1st class 👏
Really great communication and customer service after I enquired about a delay of my order. There was a fault in their system which can happen so not angry at all. They actually did call the driver (which most take always don’t do) and we’re super apologetic. Even added a free 1L bottle of Fanta. Driver was also very sorry but their food had always been super tasty so I’m very happy with them despite the delay. :-)
Nice food and friendly staff with good attitude and providing with multiple options according to your choice and need.
Love the kebabs here and the chicken burgers are amazinngggggg

Great place. Ordered through Just Eat who messed up the order. Called the restaurant direct and they corrected the order very quickly. Food is lovely. *****
