Had a great time here. Staff were awesome. Me and the wife didn't want to leave. The street angels grill outside was the best. Their customer service was best I've experienced. Can't wait to go back. On a foot note we aren't young but totally did not feel out of place. Was so welcomed.

As for the food, we tried the pulled pork with fries and the steaks with fries, both of which were not only generous in quantity but also incredibly delicious. City Wall Wine Bar undoubtedly knows how to deliver both in terms of quality and taste. It's a must-visit for those looking for a great time with friends or celebrating a special event."
Good value for money. The burger was really nice but I'd say I've had better but those tend to be more expensive. I did however like the chips and would rather these compared to ones from other restaurants. The milkshake was not too bad but I prefer them to be thicker.
It was pretty much empty around 6pm on a Saturday night but soon picked up around 8 when people started coming in for drinks.
Would go again.

Really hard to dislike this place, I've now lived here for a year. They do comedy nights, jazz for the older gen every single week, doggy brunches. If you hit it Friday night you may be in shock.
The cocktails whilst questionable are some of the cheapest anywhere. £9 for two cocktails between 6-8 pm really can't be sniffed at. It acts as sort of a mini club to the casino rooms where people pre-drink on Fridays and Saturdays.
The burgers in here are amazing I've had them home delivered and ate in. Again looking at the place with it's light up bar and 10 Cactus jacks for £10 you would struggle to believe.
They also have the Gillingham street angels food shack out back with some really nice cheap eats that goes to a good cause.
The garden could do with a little bit of TLC, would rate it 4.5/5 if I could.
Only reason it loses the 1 star is can't imagine myself taking a family member for a nice meal there, there is always a very strange odour and finally not to sound too snobby but you get some characters in there.
Bit pricey for drinks good night out here and definitely need bigger toilets not suitable for wheelchair users

It gets really hot and humid on Friday and Saturday nights 🤣 the music is good, drinks are ok.
We did not have any food, so I can not comment on it.

Always a good time and laugh to be had at the City Wall, so many good fun memories with friends. They try really hard to make sure there's always some entertainment happening each night and the staff are really friendly. Cant go wrong with 2 for 1 cocktails every evening, just make sure you're there before 8pm when the offer ends. They've just had a new state of the art cellar system put in, probably the best poured pints on the highstreet now!
Update:
Went to their Jam Session tonight (every Tuesday) had a great night. The band and musicians were fantastic!

friendly management and staff , reasonable prices, Live music .
I was quite drunk in here on Friday but have to say it's a nice place to be drunk, good humoured bar staff and door staff, and the beer was good and not over priced.
Went here during the Cocktail Wristband event early evening. Bar staff were chatty and had a smile. Loos were ok. Outside seating area. Food menu available. Lots of offers on drinks available to.
