Coffee was surprisingly ok, however the chap making it was about as charismatic as a punch in the face !
We do like this Costa and always get good service. They lose a star as you can't redeem loyalty points or coffees here from the Costa app, you can earn points but not spend them, which is odd.
Had a iced peach drink, lovely wanted a Strawberry mint iced tea but they had sold out. Nice alternative though. Service was great x
Great coffe place would have given more stars if the members of staff would have served us quicker rather than just stand around talking to each other
Use this Costa daily and it is less convenient for me than the local Starbucks. However, the team in Costa deserve a massive credit. Always friendly, I always feel welcome when I turn up. Keep up the good work

The young man who served us was the best barista by far, really switched on you could see loved his job and should go far - to the top management you have an opportunity to have a very senior manager to enhance your business please don't lose him, I visit alot of Costas he stood head shoulders above
This costa has staff that will go the extra mile. Fantastic service and customer satisfaction. They offer separate grills for veg and meat which for muslims is great news as the costa in town centre doesn't. Their selection of veg options is greater and they make their coffee to a certain temp which
Decent size inside with comfy seating, good service and everything was nice and clean, fair choice of sandwiches etc. Also access to nachos over in the Odeon area! So I got a panini, coffe and nachos, happy days.
Reliably good coffee, great selection of seasonal drinks, clean and tidy seating area.
Fantastic staff that completely professional behaviour makes you feel you are their No. 1 customer, whom ever is the manager/Supervisor well done on training your staff.
Costa Coffee in Trafford is a nice place to relax and enjoy some warm.deink with cake or biscuits. Plenty of space to sit.
