How comfortable the team makes you feel. Ordering directly to the server means my autistic son receives his pizza how he likes it! He loves the iceream. Totally his favourite! Like speaking to a human, not always using apps.
This isn't really a review of the restaurant but the service of the staff at Rochdale and customer care team as a whole. The food was great as usual. Lovely service and friendly staff. Food came promptly and it was all delicious! We were able to use our coupon from last visit and ordered the two kids meals which went down really well! The staff were very friendly especially our female waiter and the manager who were able to assist with our querie
Food was reasonably quick and good quality. However, with the app, you don't really have the interaction with staff as much as you used to. I do feel Pizza Hut pricing is expensive for what it is now. Overall, the place was very clean and staff were helpful when required.

Great service as our car broke down so we were invited to take our time till recovery arrived. Will make return visit. Even I as a pensioner could do online ordering on the system. Staff were very friendly helpful and polite.
Erin took my order quickly, being able to remember what I always have. Food was to usual tasty standard and correctly made All Team friendly and helpful. Sat down quickly by older manager who explained how the Meerkat card work. Kids loved their meals especially the ice cream.
Absolutely amazing visit. Staff were friendly patient and accommodating. Loved how they took kids orders and got them started whilst adults still choosing. Love fact cater for allergies.
