Decided to visit off the cuff to make the most of a bank holiday Monday.
We didn't have a booking and it was very busy so we were glad to be able to get in although things did seem a little disorganised, it wasn't clear how long we would be waiting and we were only able to get drinks after approaching the bar and being told they were about to come and take our order.
Food was very nice and reasonably priced, as a bonus we were seated by the window for a lovely view. Service was a little slow but probably due to how busy it was.
Would definitely recommend the pizzeria, I believe the downstairs section of the restaurant is very different.
1st time visiting here today, but definitely won't be the last. Went on the mid week lunchtime period, and everything was just perfect. Food deliciously tasty, generous portion sizes- all freshly home cooked (no microwave produce here). Service very friendly and restaurant run well. It's a beautiful setting, like a hidden gem, with surrounding panoramic views. On a sunny day you can enjoy its outdoors for a relaxing drink within the lovely maintained gardens. An ideal place for excellent quality food, and events such as weddings, christenings, gatherings etc. Hope to return real soon. 😋
I have drove past the Bella Vista for 40 years first time in tonight and we had a great time . The place is really lovely for all the family which is great to see. I took a night off from the kitchen for father's day and the food was beautiful and very nice staff top job guys we will be back for sure. Had scallops and mozzerella sticks and rib eye 👍👍From the guy in the aboriginal shirt
After a disappointing visit to our go to Italian da Sandro’s decided next give a golden oldie Bellavista a go. Great decision .. waiters on the whole very entertaining and courteous but took an age to get drinks order and 45 minutes wait for starters just very wrong . Same large group that ate at Da ‘S but bill was significantly cheaper and food well cooked and presented.
I would go again as it was an enjoyable night and food good. Ribs to start sea bass and stroganoff for mains very tasty .still one better Italian in the centre of Oldham but this is a good second

But when ordering for starters definitely share the pork ribs and get the tomato sauce garlic bred not the cheese one

Our group of elderly, quite discerning and definitely young at heart women celebrate up coming birthdays every six weeks ago by lunching out together. We always enjoy ourselves. Yesterday was a special celebration and the birthday girl chose the Bella Vista. Everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our chosen meal, the service was superb. We felt that our custom was valued, and it was a pleasure to serve us. This is not always the case with a large group. There were fifteen of us. We had a lovely time. Each of us is determined to return with our families. Team Bella Vista is a class Act. Thank you.
I went upstairs to the pizza restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to see I didn't have to have pizza!!! Yayy. The menu was excellent. there were plenty of options.
The wine was pleasing and 🍨 was lovely.
We were left alone to enjoy our meal and were not rushed to vacate the table.
Price = £75 for two mains, 2 x puds and two large glasses of wine, and a very relaxing evening.
Definitely recommend. Very family oriented.
Busy night, think due to A level results, so service was a little slow initially, took time to get drinks and seated. Once seated was fine, food was excellent and had the linguine Bellavista which was great.
This is a really great restaurant. We run fortnightly business networking events here. The staff, especially Elio, are really friend and helpful. The rooms are all lovely and the food is amazing.
Great views across the valley and really nice well kept grounds. Plus a large car park. Genuinely fantastic place.
