Been here several times and never disappointed with the food. Really good sized portions and good quality. Three of us eat and had Fish, chips and peas, small scampi , and one had cheese and onion pie. All food was excellent
Really nice place enjoyed my cheese and onion pie, staff was very attentive, nice atmosphere drinks rather expensive, knocked one star off due to lack of choice of desserts nothing for chocolate lovers like myself.
Very nice food with some interesting choices, especially starters, that elevate it above other similar venues. Friendly and fast service. Will go again.

Just had a meal at the Oxford, and i have to say i'm very impressed. The service was outstanding, every member of staff i spoke to was polite, well mannered and always looking to help, with drinks offered regularly and brought to the table.

Food is well above average. This place is a restaurant first, pub second. Prices are average. Service can be slow when it's busy. You are assured of a good meal here.
