Spent 2 nights here and was not disappointed. There are some upgrades being done which I hope will add to the character. The rooms were clean and although mine was a smaller room was more than sufficient. The service was excellent, the staff courteous, friendly and helpful. The food too was good and
Came here for a weekend break. Little off putting at first, as the couple in front complaining about room issue. But very quickly we were taken to our room which was good. A smell of new paint, but to be expected. Then to the bar. Excellent rale ales. Walk to the bay and then an excellent meal. Fres
No issues with us it deliverd everything we needed a good selection of beers and a perfect place to sit and watch everybody walking and driving round trying to find a parking space. Large outdoor seating area, perfect 👌.

Not had a room in years. But Fantastic service and fantastic location. Go way beyond to make sure that everything is OK. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants food / drinks. We also had our wedding reception here many years ago xx

Very pleasant nicely kept busy hotel.
Superb views from both the conservatory dining room (request a table here, not further inside) and the lovely garden.
As with all of Robin hoods bay it can be a little crowded at times and you may have to queue a little, but the beer was good too.
