I have come here for 2 services for my nanny and grandad in the past year unfortunately, but its a wonderful place. It has a very clean and calming atmosphere and the staff members are extremely professional, polite and compassionate. They very clearly enjoy their job and were dressed very smartly. The small chapel we went into (Abbey Chapel) was immaculate and the small size made it feel very familiar and safe. I also appreciate that there were chairs instead of pews as it made it a lot more comfortable and easier for standing up and moving around. There are big windows inside which I loved as its mostly lit by natural light and feels very open. The man who spoke during the service (I apologise I didn't catch his name but it was around 2:30 on the 13th July in the Abbey chapel if you know who did it) was amazing and was absolutely cut out for this line of work. He even remembered the last service for our granddad and mentioned it during the service which was very thoughtful. He spoke eloquently and compassionately. I live 4+ hours away from here but I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place to have a service for a loved one.
A tranquil and peaceful place, courteous and Respectful staff, a place were the Celebration of a loved ones life can be done with Reverence and Dignity.
Watched online from Australia this week a lovely service and understanding words thank you.

Please bear in mind the location of the crematorium is wrong on Google Maps. This review I’m leaving is at the actual site. I came here to say goodbye to my uncle and the service was conducted brilliantly and with great care. It’s lovely a cafe is here as well so you can sit, have a coffee and reflect on things whilst waiting for the service to begin. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous looking. Very beautiful place.

Saying goodbye to loved ones is heartbreaking and so not the place we want to be visiting or go too… but The staff are lovely and helpful, clean and good facilities, had a nice atmosphere professional and respectful of those who visit here.
Helpful to have car parking for every chapel.
Thank you 😊
We attended a funeral here yesterday and must say it was a very nice place to be for a final farewell.
Such a good touch to have a relaxing cafe for people to go if arriving early as we did. Pleasant staff and surroundings and ample car parking.
One of the best crematoriums I have been to. The parking is very well organised (there are two chapels and you are guided to the right area for the chapel hosting the service you are attending), the chapels are lovely and bright with clear sound systems so everyone can hear. There is a tea room on site (with its own parking) that also has an attached function room so you can have on site wakes. The food provided for the wakes is wonderful (we attended a funeral with wake there yesterday - 17th September 2022) and the staff very discreet but attentive to keeping the tea and coffee topped up.
Unfortunately I have said goodbye to a handful of family members at this Crematorium. Always well kept, a nice atmosphere considering and staff make sure every service is perfect. It's a sad business but they make it as nice as possible.
Went to a funeral there yesterday. Very nice and well kept crematorium, staff were wonderful and made sure everything was right and OK, very caring and understanding, thank you.
Set in a beautiful part of Suffolk with quiet calming surroundings. 2 Charles running on the hour and half past the hour, and also a cafe/function rooms.
