Lovely place, we had the afternoon tea which comes with loads of lovely food. You have a good choice for each afternoon tea which we're all very nice. The scones are the highlight and taste incredible. One of the best afternoon teas I've ever had.
The staff and service were excellent and very attentive. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because its a little cramped. Overall it has a great atmosphere and fantastic. Service and food.

Beautiful food. Came here for lunch with my sister & mum, we all had a salad bowl, the food was beautiful, the staff friendly & welcoming. Will definitely return to try something else on the menu.
This was my first visit to Wildgoose and definitely won't be my last. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food out of this world. I had a panini with avocado, chorizo and goats cheese, would definitely have this again.
A fantastic find in a lovely area! The food was freshly cooked to order and was worthy of a top-end hotel. The service could not be faulted and all the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. We will most definitely be returning!

I called in today with my Wife, two of our friends and their small dog (who was made very welcome and received a lot of fuss) The food we were served was amazing, as is the decor… such a beautiful & relaxing cafe. Despite being busy, the owner took the time to chat to us, as did the Manageress. The Chef was very friendly too & even brought us our food herself, a lovely personal touch. I hope this place does well, it’s rare these days to receive such good customer service, a huge asset to beautiful Ripponden, we will absolutely be back.
Love this place, we have been a few times & we always get brilliant customer service whoever we speak to. We had a full English breakfast today & it was delicious, an Americano with oat milk & just had to take home some cake for later. I absolutely recommend the lemon drizzle cake. I know the owner has put a lot of effort into the decor & it shows, it’s such a nice place to be. I know everyone is feeling the pinch atm but helping out local small businesses is so important. We’ll be back soon
