Just had a Bacon, Brie and cranberry sandwich, and can honestly say thats probably the best sandwich I've had in ages from anywhere. Stacked with bacon and brie. Absolutely top tier
Always serving amazing, freshly cooked/prepared food with a great selection. Sandwiches and cakes are great, but there is much more on offer and never disappoints.
Great breakfast sausage sandwiches , lovely staff a bit of a tiny room but it works xxxxxxxxx
2 years on since my last review, still not had a bad sandwich or breakfast from here. Quality of the food is amazing and the service and friendliness is spot on.
Great homemade food. Always made to feel welcome and they have a varied selection of food choices. The specials board is something to look forward too.
Fantastic food great breakfasts
A worthy detour from the gloomy M62 as suggested in the Alistair Sawday’s The Extra Mile book. So glad we did as great food and drink and a very warm welcome! Really made our day, my son commented that his ‘mouth was happy’. Will definitely visit again. Thanks!
Lovely little place with very welcoming hosts and lots to choose from and all freshly made to order cakes sandwiches and meals available.
This place is the best. I haven’t managed to find a club sandwich as delicious as the Cheesecake Factory in Chicago however I think there’s is better and its local. Each time I have been in they have been very friendly and we have had a great chat. Not only that but it appears they are trying to imp
Had breakfast in Ripponden on Friday, brilliant! Lisa the owner, was really friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about other places to eat. Went to their other delicatessen in Sowerby Bridge on Saturday real delight. Staff friendly and food great. Went back to Ripponden on Monday for breakfast
We visited The Larder Delicatessen in Ripponden yesterday and what a hidden gem it is. We were made to feel like part of the family, a fabulous welcome. The food was awesome and so was the owner. Tony & Janet.
This is the best sandwich shop and delicatessen in Yorkshire, being a plasterer I have eaten a lot of different Butties, but this shop has a Cajun beef sandwich that makes the mouth water even thinking about it, the staff are lovely, welcoming and funny! I can't wait to start my next job across the
Came in from the US, had a BLT and scotch egg. The best I've ever had, I was then offered a meat pie with apple, and I lost my mind, it was so delicious. Thank you for a great experience.
The larder was sold probably about a year ago, since then it has only gone up in my estimations! Lovely place since they revamped it, food is brilliant! Got a chicken Cesar today, brilliant. Would recommend.
Just stopped for Latte, flap Jack and beef and onion hot ciabatta. Wow was sooo good. Will definitely be going back.
