The rooms are really nice, very spacious and clean. Breakfast is continental and I must say it's very nice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. One thing I will say it's not disable friendly, there's quite a lot of stairs. It's only 15 minutes from Halifax
Returned to our favourite place tonight. Excellent food, my partners pasta was the usual go to dish and it was brilliant, as well as the new chicken kebab for me which was amazing! Very friendly and lovely staff like usual. Can’t wait to be back for another tasty meal.
Had a very pleasant Sunday Lunch here a week a ago. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The cheese beef burger and mediterranean fish dish was excellent. The lemon cheesecake was a delight. Public parking was free was directly behind. The only negative was that it was a cold day and quite cold
Lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing, gorgeous and well presented. Comfortable bed and nice room. Would highly recommend.
Visited while spending a weekend in a a cottage near Sowerby Bridge for my partners birthday. Really glad we chose this! Very tasty and well presented tapas. Lovelt meal.
Excellent food at decent prices. Would of been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that it was so cold we had to eat with our coats on. Will definitely return again. The pizzas are brilliant πŸ‘πŸ»
Just been for a meal here. Considering Ripponden is probably 50 miles from nearest sea port they have the freshest sea food here. Definitely 5 star as in quality, value and choice. As a food person the steak was tremendous, highly recommended. We will definitely visit again and recommend. Very frien

Went for a Sunday meal and was pleasantly surprised with the whole setup. Obviously an old pub that has been modernised. When you walk through its modern bar and open kitchen are a nice site. The menu is tapas with some other random dishes like the chicken kebab which I had. Which was a chicken on a
I had an exceptional steak with a perfect Padron peppers starter. I could not fault the quality, presentation or service. I highly recommend the food and accommodation. Above and beyond the standard of a local inn.
