A no frills, honest to goodness basic pub full of locals. It knows what it is and has no pretentions, a friendly welcome, meat raffle the works ! Friendly locals love their sport even if your team isn't their team- you can enjoy the match, racing, boxing which you can see on multiple screens. Great atmosphere for sporting events. If you are looking for organic bistro food and gluten free craft beers ....this isn't your place. Beer is in good condition, bar snacks come in packets and covid precautions are clearly adhered to.
Lovely pub just off the main square with sensible prices at the bar. Big favourite with sports fans. Great staff and friendly locals. Highly recommended.
