We had our Dad's wake here, and the staff looked after us well. The buffet was lovely and well presented. They also did a dairy free selection, which was good. They also made a lovely orange trifle, which seemed to be a big hit with everyone.
This is an amazing place to go for a meal, decent pint and fantastic quiz night on Thursday's too.

Went to see Unit Six play on Saturday, 19/08. Pub is lovely, first time there. Atmosphere excellent and good facilities. Some of the bar staff were a little unfriendly but maybe that was because it was busy. Didn't have food, so cannot comment on that. Overall nice place to go 😁

We would like to thank Marc, Kerry and all the staff, particularly Ann, for giving us the most stress free wedding imaginable at the weekend.
At very short notice they couldn't have been more helpful, with 36 seated for dinner the food was hot and delicious, it was served efficiently and all our guests mentioned how great it was.
We hired a marquee from Marshalls Marquees and there was plenty of room for it to be pitched on the carpark. We had over 100 guests in the evening and it all flowed perfectly, the bar staff handled it brilliantly.
We couldn't recommend them enough for any function you have in mind, no matter how large.

I've been a few times for a meal, and the food was good every time, and fairly priced, so no complaints... It's a pub, so beer too, can't go wrong really. Food and beer, happy days.
