First off they did not want to let us in with our small and well behaved dog. It was raining outside and there were no outside shelters over the pagodas! Why have them at all with no rain cover. The toilets were not very clean and there was no toilet paper. Cafe area was not that clean with food and paper strewn around. Waste bin by spoons and milk was overflowing and very unkept! Not good at all and far below some other Starbucks elsewhere, dogs are usually welcomed in most other cafes. Very disappointed with this one.
Cannot comment on food as only had a coffee. Wisley South is an A3 services. It was busy, but I was served quickly and my coffee was made & ready within a couple of minutes. There was ample staff on duty to ensure the premises were clean and tables were constantly being cleared of used cups & plates etc. The toilets were clean and the service area had ample parking including disabled bays
Very nice Starbucks! No nasty smells of toilets like you can have in other Starbucks inside service stations in motorways.

Popped in for take away and use of the facilities, very clean and quick service
I always stop off here when heading south on the A3 and enjoy interacting with the welcoming staff who serve fresh Starbucks coffee. It’s a relaxing place to take a break.

It's what you would expect food wise.l from this chain. The seating area is large and the toilets clean. Clearing of tables wasn't speedy, but then there were only two staff on duty. That said, the staff were excellent, quick and pleasant
