Busy, understaffed for peak hour
Poor staff didn't stop an was batting a huge queue the whole time
Food was average but warm at least
The cheese an ham baguette was highly disappointing
4. 20 for a baguettes, no butter an hardly any filling
This company is going down the pan
Super experience this morning around 10.30. Two staff working flat out. Really helpful and smiling and making everyone feel welcome. And one of those staff had a trainee badge. Well played!
Great food and lovely staff, very efficient service. Don't bother with the subway on the same site, she watched us decide what we wanted, then told us she'll be another 10 minutes yet. Another group came in, after we'd got our order at Gregg's instead, and she told them she was on her break! They said they'd wait.
A quick stop for a bite to eat.

Staff really make a business and that is so true with this particular premises. Friendly, helpful and polite. Qualities rarely seen these days.

Was working in Ashley Heath needed food, choices subway or greggs. Greggs the winner 🏆 two sausage rolls and two bavarian slices, a tad expensive but it is basically a motorway service station
Nice small outlet in shared building with another sandwich outlet, coffee was nice and bakes were nice and hot.
Only this I'd say is that the toilet is always out of order and for a busy service area this is needed for the amount of footfall this building has.

Okay for a quick lunch. The food is fresh and reasonably priced.
I don't like the pushy upselling that Gregg's staff seem forced to do in every branch. I'm quite capable of deciding if I want a drink or a cake myself.
