Lovely place and dog friendly, the service is great friendly staff and the food and drinks good.
The only thing I didn’t like was the bbq ribs not soft as others where they fall off the bone and the lack of bbq sauce well that was something else.

Packed pub for a Sunday, with a very popular Carvery being enjoyed by lots of people, but still other items to choose from on the menu. The staff were really busy, but kept their cool calm demeanor throughout, and were friendly in their service. Enjoyed the carvery very much.
Very nice Inn. Children friendly all very well behaved when we went 3.6.23. Gorgeous outside seating area. Dog friendly. Gluten free options on menu, can recommend the pie delicious. Staff young and hardworking, all very polite. 😊
This is a fantastic pub out in the countryside. One of the best carvery meals we've ever had. There was an excellent choice of meats and we were spoilt for choice on all the veg and trimmings. The staff were really nice and attentive. Highly recommend if you're in the vicinity.

Went for a quick beers with a friend and the people that have taken it over are really turning it around. Nice ambiance, professional but polite serve at the bar. I'm going back to try the food when I can and I'll update to let you all know how it is!

Wonderful food, excellent value and the carvery one of the best. Booking essential for a Sunday as it is quite busy. Dogs welcome, plenty of garden tables. We've never yet had room for a pud though.
We went to the old beams Inn after our daughters wedding. The service was excellent, they gave us time to chat and made us feel very welcome. The food was brilliant. They welcomed the couple's dog, gave him treats and water. Everyone really enjoyed the afternoon.
