First time visit to this Cafe Nero - and one I can recommend I’m happy to say. Lots of comfy seating available within a nice cosy setting. I was served by a female who was very polite and efficient. I find these coffee shops quite expensive but that’s just how they are I guess, we had two luxury hot chocolates and a few of their little wrapped choccys, all in came to about £11 I think.

Nice great as you walk in, good stock of F&B too. Very pleasant music playing. Had a good coffee and brunch bap. Staff were superb also.

Popped in a couple of times on a holiday in the New Forest, both times the drinks were lovely and the staff were friendly. Very clean and tidy inside, and dog-friendly too.

I had the most amazing vanilla latte made by Ben. The customer service skills were outstanding. Very friendly and polite. I’d definitely recommend going in :)

Normal Cafe Nero. Nice town that it is situated in with parking nearby but nothing special.
