My wife's birthday meal. Have to thank all the staff at Koh Thai, for a wonderful meal. I suffer from Crohn's disease, and can't eat out usually as my diet is so restricted. I haven't been out for food for over a year! They accommodated my needs, and made me a very tasty chicken dish. The cost !!!! £8 for the dish I had. Will be back on a regular basis as a was so fond of dinning out and now I can again.

It was amazing! We had a large group of people and no idea what we wanted. We let the staff choose. They asked us a few questions and we had a wonderful meal! The service was really excellent. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Food was fantastic! The prawn tempura was crunchy and the sauce that came with it was delightfully sweet and sour. The crispy beef had a bit too much batter on it but the beef itself was very tender. The spicy noodles was spot on with the heat. Be careful, they aren't kidding about it being hot! Last thing we ordered was a side of coconut rice which was light and fluffy with just the right amount of coconut. Service was friendly and on top of everything. When someone accidentally spilled some water on the floor, two employees rushed over to clean it up and make sure it was bone dry so no one would slip. Would definitely come again! Friendly service with delicious food is always a winning combination!

We had the Mixed Sharer at £26.50 pp. You can specify what you like/want or dislike or leave it to them. We had a selection of 3 Starters, 3 Main Courses. Which include Sea Bass which was delicious, plus rice. The food was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff were very informative and pleasant. Excellent service. Highly recommended

Visited Ringwood and just popped in as the lunch special advertised outside looked inviting. It was FANTASTIC! I had prawns to start and my partner had spring rolls. Both were beautiful. Mains had Phad noodles and a curry and they were delicious. Service was excellent and a very nice relaxed atmosphere. The 2 guys were warm, welcoming and friendly. Thank you chef for a delicious lunch time meal. X

I visited Koh Thai in Ringwood on Monday 21 October 2019 in the early evening, a weekday during term time. I was with four other people. This was my first visit to the Ringwood restaurant though I have previously visited the Koh Thai restaurants in Bournemouth and Lilliput. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place. I parked in the street nearby the restaurant - parking was easy. Whilst the parking arrangements aren't immediately clear you can park in the main high street after 6/7pm - check the parking restrictions carefully! The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed a mix of dishes including vegetable spring rolls, crispy shredded chilli beef, chicken satay, sweetcorn cakes and coconut rice. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was reasonably good value for money, I paid around £30 including and drinks. The restaurant automatically added a service charge to the bill, which is cheeky, though they did clearly point this out on the receipt and made us aware of this verbally. I personally believe that tipping for good service should be entirely at the customers discretion and there should be no pressure by the restaurant or assumption on their part - this is a big turn off for me and I believe that the restaurant should reconsider this position. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would come and visit again.

Normally we have used the take away service. We took the opportunity to try out the restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. The food was as always very tasty and well prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only slight reservation is that i feel the pricing is on the high side.

Koh Thai is a great go-to restaurant. The food is consistently good quality and very tasty. The price is reasonable too. They serve mostly Thai food, everything from noodle dishes and curries to tapas. There is a wide range of drinks available too, including both soft and alcoholic and hot drinks as well. The restaurant is pretty good at catering for food intolerances, but can not guarantee cross contamination. The staff are friendly and competent. The restaurant is regularly very busy and booking in advanced is recommended. A takeaway option is available, and on some nights they do deliver. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Thai food.

We often go to koh Thai. The food is lovely and the staff can be very helpful. We did have a bad visit once, were the food was cold and not cook very well and had a small argument with the staff. But other then that once we never had a problem (which is why I lower the rating to a 4*)

Excellent food. I ate soooo much but didn't feel bloated at all. I previously came c4 years ago and the food was brought out too quickly, with little time in between courses to chat and digest the previous course but this time was perfect. Great night out for a friend's birthday

We had a lovely meal here, great variety, flavours and taste. I think we had almost every dish on the menu on our table, the duck curry was spot on and watch out for the jungle curry it's only for the hardcore chilli lover.

Good quality tasty food. Little pricey, but worth the extra. Some friendly staff. Some not so bright in past. Kept me waiting to take my order while he fetched a pen, to find someone then hung up on me while he was searching for one. What did he think was going to happen when a phone rings in a restaurant

Koh Thai chain is excellent. Recent changes to the menu are really good. If you like Thai food then I highly recommend this place. The tasting menu is great too, it's not cheap but it's definitely worth it to try a range of dishes.

Beautiful food. Our first experience of it and everything was full of flavour and every mouthful was a pleasure. A shame about the drink prices- I'll stick with the table water next time- but that would be my only grumble!
