Saturday at 8am, place was nice and quiet.
Like all these places, after 5 minutes you start to feel the air conditioning directed at your back.
Otherwise a pleasant experience.
The young lady who served me cheered me up and started my visit with a smile and made one of the best Costa coffees I have
Friendly service, more consistent opening hours now and clean cafe. Coffee tastes good too! Some supply issues with special flavours though.

I attended Costa with my daughter at 3pm, there was plenty of parking and lots of seating space inside and out. The staff were very friendly and I was served quickly. The coffee was amazing and there was a good selection of cakes and sandwiches on offer.

I love Costa coffee, and the hot chocolates are good too. Clean, comfortable Costa set out in its usual corporate design and colours close to Manchester airport and next to a BP Pulse electric car charging station. Great selection of drinks and food. Great service with a smile. Comfortable seating.

Very friendly staff. Efficient and professional. They had to close the shop for a while as the drive through was so busy and they get overwhelmed with workers from the local industrial est at peak time so its a tricky one.
Charis is a Grest barrister, knows what coffee I like and is already on the ball by the time I reach the counter. Also the 3hr parking is great when a patron of Costa. They have even helped with the parking ticket that BP say I owe, but I'm clearly in the Costa csr park and not the BP. Grest coffee

Today around 7pm I was served by a lady. The customer experience was fantastic. I've had one of the bestest hot chocolate off the guy that made my two Hot Chocolates. Better then the other Costas I have been. Definitely would come back more regularly so I can be served by them again 🤩
