Excellent service, after being let down by another pub in the area at which we had booked a table at, i phoned the white bear and within 10 mins they managed to squeeze a table of 5 in, food and service was great, would happily recommend

I had 4 hours to kill in the area and thought this would be a great place to do it, I was very much correct, its a pub come Nepalese/Indian restaurant. Sadly I was unable to get stuck into the beers as I was driving but I did eat there and the Achari Lamb was amazing, friendly staff and locals - 5/5

Best curry for miles. So accommodating if you want something slightly off menu. Staff can't do enough to make you're evening as enjoyable as possible. Not spoilt at all by the fact that it's in a pub as long as you sit in the right area. Would highly recommend.

I had a midweek lunch here, and the staff could not have done more to make me feel welcome. The food was lovely too. Well worth a visit.

Celebrated my birthday there last night with a group of 16 people- the food was delicious, authentic and served beautifully, the service was excellent and Aran kept checking it was all going to plan, such la lovely atmosphere they have created there; made me feel really special and even brought a delicious chocolate cake to the table with a candle - thank you Aran & staff, you made our night delightful. We will be returning for more parties.

Superb service, with warm humorous overtones. Wonderful food with little waiting time despite it being a busy Saturday night. 1st and not last time here.

Good pub that has Indian and Nepalese food. Really busy so need to book. Food is delicious which is why it’s so popular. Service is not so good, they forgot to serve our first course but gave it with the main course and didn’t charge for it. They need to balance good service with being busy and popular.

Wow! Is all we can say about this place. Food was so tasty. And portion sizes were huge. Staff were so friendly and accomated us so professionally. I recommend the Lal Mas for the spice lovers. And the Rogan Josh for the mild lovers. We will be back!

Friendly staff and lovely Nepalese curry dishes. Prices about average. Plenty of tables away from the main bar area so you can be more secluded and have more of a restaurant feel. I don't recall how flat the entry from car park is but it didn't have steps. Disabled bay right outside pub entrance from car park.

Food nice. Atmosphere good. But expensive and toilets too small and have been dirty on my last 2 visits - probably because they were busy, but they should check them more often - a lot of water over floor (hopefully blown there from the hand drier), bin full, plastic 'glasses' in cubicle, no toilet paper.

Probably one of the best Indian I've had in years cooked to perfection. Lot's of flavours not spicey as i asked for mild dishes but if your in that area and want a great meal definitely worth a visit. Friendly staff it wasn't busy as it was a Tuesday night.

Excellent service for our congregation of 20+ having buffet Indian food. Food is pretty good and plentiful. It wont eclipse your fave Indian if you are a lover of Indian food but its very palatable. Just 2 waiters kept us hydrated very efficiently.

Brilliant. Bar staff really friendly and went to the trouble to make sure that barrels where changed when the beer we wanted was finished. Food was amazing, recommend the sizzler. Definitely the best in the area

Did my birthday here - table was for almost 20 people. Food was decent with good portion sizes, and the best thing was they kept everyone on separate bills and you could pay at the time of order so with a group of this size, there was no need to worry about working out the bill at the end. Paneer chilli was a bit disappointing but the bhajiya was really nice, as was the masala mogo.
