One of the best physical book stores left on high street. Beautiful vibes, great collection of books for Adults and children's alike. +1 Staff has been so friendly I would definitely recommend this place if your are love books or not!
This is a great bookshop. Three floors of books and various other gifts. Love to browse around in here and buy a book for myself or as a present.
Fantastic service by the bespectacled lady at the counter who warned me about an inappropriate Peter Rabbit Parody book l was about to buy for a child. Saved the day, thank you!
Quiet, well organised bookstore. Efficient and nice staff.
Waterstones Richmond is an absolutely wonderful bookstore that I highly recommend to anyone in the area. The selection of books is fantastic, and the store is always well-stocked. But what really sets Waterstones Richmond apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the b
Always a pleasure to visit Waterstones in Richmond. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially for sourcing fiction books on a busy Saturday. Great selection and variety of book subjects, though sadly the Architecture section is diminishing. Thoroughly recommend this place.
Wonderful book 3-story book store. Could use a bit more staff though.
Games and books and some cute stationary. Worth a visit.
Lovely staff who are always kind and very eager to help you out. Would be nice if the popular science section was a little bigger, but except for that, the store is always tidy and has a warm atmosphere.
The best and friendliest bookstore in Richmond. Great selection, great value.
Good selection of books and board games. Specially interesting was the manga section, plenty of titles I haven't seen in other bookstores.
Could spend hours just browsing, my favourite place to buy books 📚
Popped in to find Christmas presents for Amy (5) and Sam (3). My youngest grandchildren. Jackpot! Book of English kings and queens for Amy and a collection of little wooden bulldozers etc for Sam. All in about 10 minutes!
Love Waterstones. They're everything bookshops should be, especially if you are a teacher student trainee looking for good books on teaching.
Loads of good books, places to sit, read and a take a cup of coffee. Great place to relax! Love it
This is one of my favourite book shop chains, and I have always loved the Richmond branch. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.
Really lovely book store with a good book selection. They may be slightly understaffed as they don't usually have staff on the floor.
This place is an absolute wonder land. There is something for everyone and you could spend hours perusing the shelves. There's a coffee shop and comfy seating up stairs if you fancy just chilling with you new book. Even though it's on one of the busiest corners of Richmond once you're inside there i
Ordered some books online for collection at my local Waterstones shop in Richmond (London). They were available less than an hour later so I wandered down to pick them up. I was met at the door by a friendly and efficient lady, books were handed over and I headed home. The perfect mix of the conveni
