Great little Italian deli cafe, good quality and inexpensive
Thumbs up for Giulianos Richmond.by Paul Healy. A couple of weeks back my wife Jakie and myself visited Richmond, first time for Me,early in the day we passed Giulianos and were immediately drawn to the smell of the cooking. By lunchtime we had explored the very good shopping streets and farmers market and scouted the numerous but mainly chain restaurants. We decided to head back to Giulianos. On arrival we were told that there would be approximately a 10 minute wait.Normally I would not queue for a restaurant whether it be Mc Donalds or Gordon Ramsay ,However the feel of the place and the friendliness of the staff persuaded us that this was somewhere worth the wait. We were not disappointed ,my Wife had the signature black spaghetti ans garlic prawns and I the meatballs. The restaurant upstairs is small and cosy the food delicious
A small branch of my family are Italian so I like to think I get more pleasure than most from an family-run Italian restaurant, or in this case, deli. As you'd expect, the staff are warm and friendly helping you feel instantly at home here.
They do a great salad made with the freshest veg served with a choice of different marinades and dressings. There is always a queue for their eight/ nine dishes that change daily. I absolutely love pasta and always leave here feeling full and happy that I've just tasted a small piece of Italy.
We visit regularly after work. This is a nice addition to the plethora of restaurants in Richmond:. The owners George and Debora, have that nice people-friendly aura about them. Service was quick and efficient, Food was well explained,.
Love their pasta. Always learn a new thing each time we visit – I recently learnt that Casarecce , this lightly twisted, scroll-shaped pasta with narrow grooves down the middle, is great for absorbing sauces .
The prices are on the slightly high side but hey, they’ve got rent to pay!, .. and the food is excellent, so we reward good food. Always a great positive experience when we visit. Lovely restaurant and we will definitely visit again!
Best Italian food I have ever tried in London.
Delicious food and desserts. There is always variety and also very fresh food.
Debora and George are ever so kind. The desserts Debora makes us just out of this world. I am not Italian but I love Italian food but Debora and George always explain to me everything is on the food. My boss and I come here at least once a week and is our treat. I will never get tired of recommending this little Italian spot in Richmond because is just Devine. Friday and Saturday I think they do the Focaccia, which again is just Devine with the olive oil. Just Bellissimo
Amazing food, amazing atmosphere & amazing service, couldn't have asked for more! If I ever visit Richmond, I'll make sure to stop by again. The meatballs in particular were soooo good, highly recommended.
Delicious homemade food, by far the best Italian dishes in town. Highly recommend the lasagne and meatballs. Friendly, welcoming family run business with warm atmosphere.
Really nice people and delicious food all at a decent price. Would definitely recommend for a wholesome lunch and coffee.
This shop I have been coming to since I was a child with my parents and it has never disappointed, the owners George and Deborah are polite welcoming and have a very comedic dynamic that gives a very authentic experience to this hidden gem in Richmond. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat or fancy a takeaway box for lunch and dinner this is a must try! I am sure you won’t be disappointed. Ps currently writing this with a belly full of freshly made pasta!
After coming here almost every week, I feel like I need to finally write a review! This is my favourite Italian corner in Richmond: the place to go for a quick stroll into Italy. The restaurant/deli is owned by a lovely couple, Debora and George - super friendly people always up for a chat (a little or a big chat, depends how busy it is…). The place is full of regulars, they know everyone by name, just like in Italy!! Fantastic pasta (and lasagne, almost every time, yum! 😋). You can eat it inside on the few tables there, or takeaway. You can mix up 2 different dishes on one plate: recommended! My favourites are definitely: ragu’ caserecce and the amatriciana (if you come early enough to get some of it…). They have fresh pasta sauces and many fresh Italian produce too (the cherry tomatoes 🍅 always look so tempting…). The prices are Richmond prices, but for the friendly service and the quality of the food, it’s absolutely worth it! Well done, Debraggio! 👏
Amazing home cooked Italian food. Always fresh and always very tasty. On top of the good quality the guys are also very friendly. There is a big selection of pasta dishes everyday to eat in or take away.

Best Italian in London and easily best Italian in Richmond
I really like this mom and pop shop. They do it well as the business is adorable and has amazing smells wafting out of it. We have ordered here loads and have been impressed with the pastas made from scratch. Very impressed. Have not tried everything but pleased with the ones we have. Wish they would reopen seating. Charming place and hope they are here for the long term.
A must try deli for lunch in Richmond - please note this is not a restaurant but they have a few window seats...insanely tasty pasta dishes that will send you to HEAVEN. Sometimes we get a takeaway and eat it on the green if the weather is nice. I’ve also sat inside the window with a friend and enjoyed their truffle pasta. Owners are super cool, lovely friendly people with refined tastebuds...they will show you what is good. Every time we visit for lunch we come away delighted.

It’s a pretty Italian groceries of beautiful Italian products, with some home cooked dishes, delightful little spot.
Spaghetti with garlic prawns is very good.
Half a dozen homemade pasta dishes every lunchtime (pre Corona, not sure now) for takeaway.
Especially like how they use the pasta and other ingredients they sell in the shop to make the food they sell.
Coffee ain't half bad either.
Wonderful pasta. Seating area upstairs is simple and cosy but not in an unpleasant way. Staff are friendly and we could happily sit enjoying a coffee after our late lunch without feeling like we were in the way or needed to get out. My new favourite place to eat in Richmond.
Amazing food quality. Delicious. I bought a sandwich from Joe & The Juice, which had ROTTEN avocado in it. Got rid and bought a delicious pesto pasta here. Brilliant service and amazing food. So glad I popped in here.
