Simply brilliant and delicious and just as good as I remember it from eight years ago. Also worth mentioning that prices are not inflated here like they are in various other curry restaurants. Thanks for another wonderful, freshly cooked & memorable meal.
Amazing place for quality Indian food, with a wide variety of dishes. This place is wonderful the staff are very friendly and informative. The place itself is spacious and nicely decorated, love the huge paintings on the walls this is a real charming Indian restaurant.
Food was tasty. If you come from Scotland you just need to order an extra starter as portion sizes are not what you'll get in Scotland. Only criticism would be the lack of sauce in the curries to dip your naan bread in.
Turned up without a booking, seated then 20mins later it was nearly full ! Great food, one of the best Biriani I've had a long time. No1 daughter even tried other curry dishes and liked them 😀. Excellent
A fantastic Indian restaurant with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Really polite and professional service and gleaming food. I'd highly recommend this curry house.
My sisters and I had dinner here recently. The food was excellent, and all the staff extremely pleasant and polite. Our waiter Az was very friendly and found time to chat to us. He is very entertaining . We enjoyed the evening, though being midweek the restaurant was not full so was fairly quiet. However, it is a large restaurant and we expect at weekends there would be more diners so more atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable and we would definitely come here again if we should find ourselves back in Richmond, North Yorkshire. Highly recommended.
I made a walking tour of 2 weeks in Yorkshire. I ate Indian several times but this was the best where I have eaten. Close to the city centre and to the guesthouses. Friendly, efficient personnel. Normal prices. I had Lamb Karma with pilaw rice and chicken peas as a sidedish (the latter was not on the menu but available) and it was all delicious! There is nothing to complain about the quantities either which are more than okay. It is a big restaurant, reservation is seldom needed I guess. Good WiFi. They have an alcohol licence.
My partner and I tried a takeaway from here, and it was by far the best Indian takeaway we’ve had! We have a few Indian takeaways in our town, but would much rather travel to Richmond to get a takeaway as good as what we had from here. Would 100% recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful night, the King Prawn Hatkorah was amazing, I love wild Lemon. Staff were so accommodating to my friend with her special food requirements. All 4 of us enjoyed our food. I just can't believe my husband expected me to share my rice! It was a great night we had fabulous banter with the waiter. Be back soon.

(an early Friday night) Nice Indian decor. The service was good and smooth and not in your face. Drinks, poppadoms and food ordered, let's start. Minutes later drinks arrive, then poppadoms, 15 mins to eat these and natta, then mains arrive. Ordered my absolute usual pathia with extra coriander. Was nice( could have been more Scoville advanced) but had plenty of chicken with plenty coriander, was a nice pleasant and tasty meal. 7/10. I think all 3 of us enjoyed our meal. In and out in under 2 hrs for £30 a head. Done, would eat there again. By the time we left was pretty full up so book ahead, I guess?

We went here on the 11th October 23. The service was good. The food was very tasty with good sized portions and reasonably priced. Would definitely go again.

This is our favourite Indian restaurant the food is always excellent. The service is always faultless.
Highly recommended - so much better than any of the other local Indian restaurants in the area.
