Beautiful farm shop and cafe, where you can buy great cuts of meat, cheese and other products for a very good price for high quality food. The farm with all the animals was stunning, highly recommend going after the lambs are born. Adorable.

Great afternoon out with the grandchildren. They loved the animal pens and played for hours in the outside play area. Not much choice of things to play on but lots of room for them to run around. The especially loved the sand pit.

Lovely place to shop and eat. Always pop in en route to the Lake District. Beautiful displays of seasonal goodies, for Easter at the moment (picture) The steak pies and quiche are some of my favourites. Upstairs the shopping continues, very good quality and wide range of goods. The café is spacious and bright, good food and service. I really like the fruit meringue 😁

Excellent place to spend a few hours. Ample parking, including disabled parking. Huge farm shop downstairs, huge clothing, and gift shop upstairs. Very reasonably priced well organised cafe with 2 seating areas. Clean toilets. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Dog walking area, children's play area, farm animals for viewing. The shops are expensive but this is a fantastic place if you wish to shop for a special occasion. All in all, it's a fantastic place to be.

Greatful to be able to stop here with the children mid way through a long 8 hour journey, was very accommodating for pets, including a dog walking area. Toilet facilities were easy to find, and well cared for. Sadly didn't get the opportunity to walk around but had some lovely items available and seems very busy!

Outstanding. Great for kids and big kids. Shop is well stocked, great that the staff know their products. Kids loved the animals, especially the camels and emus. Just sorry we didn't get chance to try out the cafe, boys were impatient and today was extremely busy, will be back and try the cafe as meals looked scrumptious.

Stopped off for some food. I ordered a round of ham and beef sandwiches with a side salad and portion of chip. The sandwiches were delicious, the salad ultra fresh the chips like home made. I was impressed

Didn't expect to see camels grazing in a North Yorkshire field on our way back from a holiday! We stopped here and had a really pleasant two hours looking at the farm animals and browsing around the shop. It's a proper working farm, and I saw sheep, pigs, goats, donkeys and llamas as well as the three camels. Much of the food in the farm shop is sourced from the farm or locally. There was a big butcher's counter full of choice cuts of meat, a great selection of cheeses and deli foods, fruit and veg, pasta, baked goods and more. It all looked high quality produce and very fresh. There were a lot of visitors, very long queue for the café so I did not eat there, but bought a freshly made sandwich, pork pie and quiche in the farm shop to take home. They cost that bit extra, but they were all delicious and excellent quality. Good selection of gifts, toys and chocolate treats too. Some great stuff for Halloween! Upstairs, there's some lovely clothing, accessories, homewares and Christmas decorations. Staff were courteous and helpful. There's a lift and accessible downstairs toilets. Plenty to keep kids happy, not only seeing the animals up close but also an outdoor play area and a Halloween pumpkin patch, and there was also a walking trail across fields with gorgeous views. More than enough to fill our two hours! I highly recommend a visit.
