Eileen's At Buccleuch Garden's Cafe - Richmond-upon-Thames - Photo album

Useful stop on the Thames Path, which I happened to be walking. Great selection of cakes and desserts, seemingly homemade, delivered with a generous pot of tea. Warm service, though the decor and feel of the place was a little cold -- stainless steel tables and all that. Would stop by again for tea
We needed coffee and cake after 30 KM cycling, but we got smiles, and home baked cakes GOSHHHH lovely people and delcious cake with an Italian coffee. 4 women with a smiling man working with them as well. When you go to Richmond park make sure to enjoy the coffee and cakes over there
What a lovely surprise nestled in a corner of Buccleuch garden’s with a great view of the Thames is Eileen’s café with some of the best coffee and cakes that I’ve had in London, this place is totally unpretentious and assuming and scores my five stars for the quality of the food and service. Why don
Visited Eileen's twice during a short break near Richmond Park, once for a full on Breakfast, and again for some wonderful homemade cake and coffee we also took away slices of their festive turkey and mushroom pie, for an evening snack. Their food is delicious and at £8.50 for a fried breakfast y
Really good quality food and coffee. Underrated and affordable. Look at the incredible club sandwich (picture attached). Menu varies: we had great and different food before. There’s clearly talent in the kitchen here.
Night after Depeche Mode at Twickenham and needed a good breakfast. We got a brilliant breakfast. Probably the best bangers I've ever been served in a full English. Service spot on. Young Northern lad who served us extremely polite. Loved the fact I could watch an endless parade of joggers looking l
Lovely summery cakes, lots of gluten free options and great service.
Lovely guy on the till. Keeps friendly and professional, despite some demanding older clients. Iced coffee was small for £4, but 5 stars for service.
The pastries and coffee are tops. Lunch was simple and tasty as well. Can't beat the setting and the service is warm and welcoming.
A important place with delicious food!
I spotted the cafe on a walk last week and wrongly assumed it only sold ice-cream due to the signs, however we stopped off this week and we were really surprised to find a real gem of a cafe with a really varied menu. The Victoria Sponge Cake was perfection on a plate and the coffee really tasty too
Beautiful fresh cakes and really friendly staff. Good illy coffee. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
Lovely little spot to people watch and get on the shade under the trees
Lovely ambience and food prepared by Tim (ex chef at the Launceton so you know you’re in good hands), and the ever-lovely Fran, whom I first had the good fortune of experiencing her hospitality 18yrs ago at Chiswick House and more recently Marble Hill. Pet friendly, great coffee and an impressive me
Really great food and friendly service. I had the full English breakfast and each part was delicious, especially the mushrooms!
Rarely, does good quality food, beautifully prepared, come at such reasonable prices. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there today!
