Costa make a wicked hot chocolate. I can't help but choose the biggest size available, with all the add-ons - marshmallows, cream, chocolate on top, the whole works. It's a dependable place. They have a good selection of snacks too. I like their iced drinks, but they can get pricey.
Nothing they sell can beat that hot choc, though.
I like Costa Coffee, I find it quite convenient and a nice place to enjoy a cappuccino while I catch up with a book. I've been in the Richmond one several times and never had any issues whatsoever. Good selection of sandwiches as well
I came in to cool down with a large iced vanilla latte. Service was great they made the drink quickly. The shop was not that busy when I came in. Very conveniently placed just outside the station. I had a good experience overall👍🏼 the drink was nice too!
Hello lovely’s 🌹, I love Costa coffee, first time I’ve been to the Richmond branch, polite young boy who served me, service with a smile, great customer service skills, I ate outside in the lovely sunshine☕️❤️💯, I had the small laate and roasted cheddar tomato toastie, fresh of the pan🙏💯 hygienically clean environment
I always loved Costa Coffee, especially their Mocha and Mango cooler, but the staff is also always very friendly. Today a wonderful member of staff made me a new drink for free upon realising that I didn’t like the drink I ordered. He did not have to do this at all, yet he insisted and it really made my day. Thank you so much!
Right next to Richmond train station. It is standard size and well decorated. Enough tables to sit inside the shop and few outside the shop as well. Sometimes it's get busy. Service was ok.
A fairly standard Costa coffee shop situated within 20 seconds walk of Richmond Station and with outside seating. This Coffee shop is usually moderately busy. There is a relaxed atmosphere and the staff provide prompt service. There may still be a queue of several people at busier times.
At the time of coffee ordering, no-one was in so super fast service and great coffee taste! The music a little too loud tho.
I've only been to the store a few times, and only in recent months. However, I must say, my visit today deserves a 5-star award, backed by my previous visits. Wonderful service today, very polite staff and they also told me to take a seat and they'd bring my sausage bap & latte over to me. This store is fab, whereas the store in Chiswick wouldn't even get 1-star. Thanks to the team at Richmond today! Brilliant.
Nice coffee shop located near the station. Clean and tidy and nice staff. Food is a little overpriced but pleased to see that they are now serving M&S food.
One of the best places to have a cup of coffee in a nice and welcoming environment. The staff is excellent.
A busy branch, Richmond's Costa has all the good points of the chain plus friendly, cheerful and efficient staff. There are plentiful choices of coffee shops around but I tend to return here for good coffee and service.
My local Costa coffee. It's a very busy branch, but it's situated next to the train station, so you can see why. So is usually pretty busy, but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is pretty chilled out and the service is excellent and prompt.
The staff were beyond helpful, I dropped my cell in the rain and they helped me connect to their wifi with my tablet, you need a cell to confirm text, so that I could still communicate with my travel partner who was meeting me to catch a train. Thank you, thank you.
While sitting at a table enjoying a pot of tea during the wait I saw how quick, efficient and friendly they were with each guest. This was my first visit to Costa and it will not be the last.
