Today caffe Nero in Richmond was a great experience.
They have welcoming staff who were prompt and efficient with their customer service. I ordered an caramel latte and two pain au chocolate. Which tasted high in quality and was delicious.
The have large seating area which can get really busy on Saturday mornings.
Overall, great experience!
The coffee was great and the food looked good, but it was too close to dinnertime for me to try the food. If you're in the area, I'd say that it's a good place to get coffee and pastry.
Central Richmond location, decent wi-fi and you always get a table in the morning. Perfect for when you go slightly store crazy working from home.
Nice atmosphere. Store in a little side street. Staff was very friendly. Had a latte and was really nice
Coffee in a relaxed setting - some coffee places are tight on seating and have a tense atmosphere. Love this one, the baristas are nice. The coffee is above average and there is a choice of seating options.
Love the coffee and cakes here, staff very friendly. Always clean and tidy in the actual coffee shop . The toilets are awful!
My other moan is a single person with a laptop working, being allowed to sit at a table for 4 or 6 people. We was a group of 3, and had to sit at a table of 2 and get another chair.
This should not be allowed!!
amazing i love this place i always come here
service is sometimes a little slow but it’s fine
Lovely relaxed atmosphere, spacious and staff very prompt. Much better than other local outlets of this chain
Lovely stop for coffee and mince pie. Lovely cafe, staff very friendly and helpful, very efficient and everything very clean, drinks and mince pie were lovely, would recommend.
I don't normally go to Caffe Nero after some bad experiences in some shop in Central.
Richmond is a cozy place, nice and well organised, so I decided to try this place.
I must say, service is very good and quick, coffees are tasty.
Worth trying it.
A lovely place to stop off for breakfast/lunch. Kind staff too!
Love this branch and their staff. My only feedback is for tables to be more regularly cleared and cleaned from empty and dirty mugs and plates (though I cannot comprehend why customers do not remove them).
Rather nice example of this ubiquitous chain, being down a side street in Richmond and surprisingly spacious. Lots of corners to sit in and a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Prices pretty fierce as often in these places, but on the whole worth it. Mince pies particularly nice and the tea-pig tea always a bonus.
