Fabulous experience. The staff were efficient and friendly, the food was excellent, and the menu offered choices that were delightful. I have to admit, I’ve sort of become accustomed to going to restaurants with good reputations expecting to be disappointed- they so often fail to live up the the hype. This absolutely is not the case with Petersham Nursery Restaurant- lunch today was superb.

Petersham Nurseries Restaurant is a romantic place for afternoon fun in Richmond. The food is a bit overpriced, limited choose in the menu, you can only select two courses for £55 or £65 for three courses. vegetable salad fish are quite fresh and cooked to a good standard,highly recommended.

Not the cheapest cafe eats (however everything seems to be expensive these days) but they delivered on the quality. Lovely food and serivce was attentive. Had the Welsh rarebit - hot to table and the chutney tasted fab. Was very busy - dont think they take bookings. Would go again.
The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is lovely! The place is kinds friendly as well. Highly recommend. But book in advance as there no chance for walking ins.
