Great service! we turned up from an abandoned walk, soaking wet. We were welcomed in and our coats taken "somewhere warm" to dry out. Food was great, service brilliant, would definitely return.

Lovely place to visit. Excellent service and friendly staff. Food was delicious with generous potions and to top it all the price isn't extortionate in fact more than reasonable for a restaurant of that quality.
If you like plenty of food on your plate then believe me you will not be disappointed there are some things you have a smaller portion with, done people I know have a starter and a pudding or a main and a sweet but that's only if you can't manage the big stuff.

The New Drop never fails to 'hit the spot'. I've been coming to eat here for over 15 years & it really is a fabulous treat every single time. Despite living in London & now Buckinghamshire; I haven't found anywhere to rival the New Drop for atmosphere, food & friendliness. Love it!
Warm welcome from staff was a precursor to a pleasant lunch from a menu with plenty of choices at reasonable prices. One warning, big portions need a big appetite!
