Visited twice could not fault the food nice staft clear and tidy will visit again. Back in towyn for our hols again went here today tuesday the 19/06/23 a few people in here but got served right away food was good chips were nice chicken was like it should be light and tasty as usual the place the place was spotless and the staff were pleasant no bad comments from us went here 12/09/23 how can this KFC go down the pan in 3 months after the review i wrote praising it the chips were dry the chicken was dry i didn't enjoy it so dissapointed. Tables were left with rubbish on them but thats not just the staffs fault it's the lazy people who go in here if back in rhyl i will go back in and try to see if it was just a bad day. I hope it was
Slow wow these guy’s are like sloths.
One person in the queue had waited over 30 minutes apparently.
We waited over 20 minutes for ours.
However I must say the young man on counter was VERY helpful.

Yes it was slow but for the first time EVER we had a problem with our mean and it was rectified with absolutely no issue at all.
Changed from 3* to 5*
1 of the best kfc ever been . Really clean everything cooked fresh and cooked properly not like most kfcs I have been. Staff are really polite and very helpful.
Had to pay for a bag as we had takeaway never had to do that before and staff very abrupt.

Dunno what it is but somehow feels better than their old store in Rhyl, maybe it's the competition with McDonald's across the road aha
Nice guys, decent hot food, dire place but there were seats outside where you could see more of the same, so not KFC's fault.

Food was OK those machines never have receipt paper in when ordering also if not good with tech just go counter and order
Friendly staff and holiday atmosphere. If you are in the area and its chicken you are after, try here. Its finger lickin good!
Staff were polite but did mix up the orders. Charging for a bag on 2 dips was a bit excessive especially when you don't even get given the bag!
Food was good. Only downside is the wait time. Stood around for about 15 minutes. Staff were doing their best and were friendly.
Went there for lunch with my Mum, Dad and my Brother, and a employee called Tina was very friendly and there is very good chicken 👏👏
