Am not a coffee person, but hot chocolates lure me. I had a hot chocolate with my friend and cinnamon bun.... Had a good time. It's a nice ambience but mostly it's close to full, not coz people have it there, but there are mostly take aways....
Not the best of Costa coffee houses, but service was acceptable. Atmosphere difficult to assess because the cafe was empty
Lovely Costa comfy seats, girls were very nice and friendly all clean and tidy, lovely coffee and flapjacks had a large latte will definitely go in again soon
Pleasant Costa, decent space for seating. Clean. Friendly staff. Don't forget a (clean) reusable cup to save money.
Nice coffee but I'm not a big fan of these types of places. However Costa is always good quality and clean.
Nice layout. Lots of seating available. Toilets also available. Staff very nice. Much the same as most Costa's.

I holiday in Wales a lot, this Costa is one of my favorite places, the staff are super friendly and welcoming epically Jess, Jordan and Tash. These 3 made my experience at Costa one of the best and I will most definitely be back
After my visit to Costa in prestatyn, this visit was much better. The coffee tasted like coffee, which was a nice change to my plant pot with coconut milk in I had last time. Staff were lovely, the cafe itself is a bit dark if you don't sit right in the window which isn't always available. I was rather displeased though to find out they have discontinued the vegan cookie.
One of the nicest costa's I have been to, clean, spacious and really friendly staff.

Good value and friendly service
It's pretty much like all Costa places. It's a pleasant place to sit for a little while and chat. If you wanted to, it seems ideal
The coffee size is good but 1 star is lost due to getting burnt thanks to a dodgy take out lid
If you take in your own cup, you can get a 25p discount (pretty sure that's the amount)
