We use this KFC when on days out in Rhyl as it’s aways from the tourist queues and you can always get a parking spot. The store is always clean and tidy however the payment machines are not always available often it’s just one and for those of us who are anti social these are invaluable now. The st
KFC is KFC. Today service was swift and at lunch I was in and out faster than a trip to McDonalds. Careful with popular rush hours/evenings, but if you pitch it right the outlet works fine.

2 people in front of me l went to the counter for service 2 people serving behind the counter, all l wanted were 2 ice creams they were messing about and talking to l assume friends stood near the counter. My order was taken with a "you only want ice cream!!!" Then l had to wait for someone to come
The only place I could eat while on holiday in Wales! One can always rely on good old KFC as other establishments around Rhyl are just minging.

Came to the drive thru, the young lad on the drive thru was great, a proper service. Happy talkative and helpful and super friendly. Food was really nice too, piping hot.

Fast service from the counter. Have found the drive thru to forget items too often in the post so now always go inside.
When fully staffed this is an excellent KFC. But unfortunately this restaurant is nearly always running short staffed so expect long waits for your food
