We arrived at the White Eagle yesterday 18th October 2017 with the Family 7ppl without booking, we were welcomed by a lovely lady who made room for us and we ordered our drinks and food. Once our food started coming out there was a power cut but came back on, then the power completely went off whilst eating our food. The lady and a male came over and were very apologetic but the power was going to be off for a while, but it never bothered us as it was still light. The food was amazing and so are the staff ......keep up the good work.
Absolutley perfect. We popped in for a light lunch and gin with our puppies. Beautiful location, super friendly and great staff, fabulous feel about the place and the food was amazing. They also have a great selection of gins!
We sat outside on the deck and the woof weekend was going on.. it was just perfect!
One of the most dog friendly places I have been which is unusual on Anglesey.
Will definitley be back
6 adults & 4 miniature Schnauzers made very welcome by Arry,Karon & Katherine. The staff could not have been more welcoming & the food was excellent. The Blade of Beef & The Monkfish were stunning.
This was our second visit here & would highly recommend The White Eagle to anyone.
Well done guys. 👍👏👏👏
Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Really friendly staff and relaxed but professional service. Dogs are really welcome and treated as one of the customers with supplies of water and buscuits. PS. food was fab too! Especially the chocolate brownie!!

This was a good fine dine restaurant. The place was crowded but provided a good vibe. It was bit of a struggle to get seats so better to book in advance. Most items which we ordered were good. The number of vegetarian options were limited. Staff were busy and it was difficult to find them.
Visited July 23.
Really nice place to eat, tables were nicely laid out and the outside space is lovely with a really nice view. All the food brought out to various customers all looked fab and tasty, I had roast dinner and it was really good. The staff were really friendly and chatty and the service was amazing. I was served by Olly, we spoke about timpson and how much he enjoyed working there.
Great resteraunt, was a bit loud due to a wedding party being there but it didnt change how nice the food was. Amazing meals! Their own eagle beer is great too. would definitely recommend! The desert was amazing too.
Lovely find. After a long hard trek from Trearddur bay. Coastal path. Lovely friendly staff. I got the seafood chowder. With bread. Absolutely gorgeous. Wife got profiteroles. Again gorgeous. The weather was glorious. Sat outside. Beautiful place. Highly recommended. 👍
Nice selection of beers including some local cask ales and service was excellent. Nicely decorated inside but the day was nice enough to sit on the outside deck area that has views of the sea and distant mountains. Massive beer garden with lots of seating so we had no problems finding a comfortable place to enjoy a couple of beers and relax.
Stunning visually. Great sitting out area if weather permits. Food was excellent. You can tell they have a good training program as the young staff were spot on in customer service... Attentive but not overbearing.
Absolutely brilliant place, they have it all covered.
The food is excellent, there is a large selection of drinks and the views are stunning.
The staff have been lovely every time we went. (we came back a few times as it was so nice).
The whole pub is really nicely decorated and the terrace is so nice, when it's warm enough.
It is off the beaten track but is well worth a visit.
We were visiting Holyhead for the tour de mon cycle event and were looking for some good vegan food the night before the event. Found this pub that served some great vegan options. The atmosphere was relaxed and cosy, with friendly staff that knew the menu's vegan options well. The marking on the menu for vegan was PB (short for plant based).
We had the Fallafel main, which came with delicious beetroot hummus & the chocolate orange mouse dessert that was sublime.
Out waiter was Aidan and he was very happy to go and ask the chef (Maj) about the ingredients of the menu to see if dishes could be vegan ified. Sticky toffee pudding is one of my favs, so if ever you can do a vegan option I am sure it would be super popular.
Didn't eat here but menu looked good. Beer was excellent! Arrived just after opening so can't comment on atmosphere. Views from decking were amazing. Plenty of tables and also a big garden as well. Great pub.
Food was absolutely amazing. Great venue. The staff were really helpful and efficient. Will visit again.
