We went on a Sunday and there was live music. The service was quick with a good selection of beers. Very dog friendly with loads of seating outside.
We had a lovely meal whilst on holiday here. 8 adults and 2 children were in our party and received great service which was fast and friendly. The meals were incredibly reasonably priced for their exceptional quality and I was pleased to see how much choice there was, particularly for vegans. The pu
What a wonderful pub. We were made to feel really welcome, and the interior was lovely and cosy. I had the mushroom and pea risotto which was really tasty, and it was good to see a selection of vegan dishes on the menu (especially when other places in the area don't seem to cater for vegans at all).
Came in with my Partner yesterday and asked if they were still serving food (around 6pm.) Thankfully, they were but just for the next 10 minutes. Lots more people came after us for food but were not turned away.
We ordered quickly. The food did take a little while to come but it was busy even ea
Dog friendly in all areas inside and out, great food and service.
The pub itself is steeped in history and is beautiful inside.
We had light bite lunch, which was lovely and a good price.
We will be back if in this area again for holidays.
My partner and I needed food after climbing Snowdon on Sunday and came across this pub. Staff were incredibly welcoming and the menu was perfect for a Sunday. We both chose the Beef roast which was superb. Will be visiting again
I honestly wish I had taken pictures but the Roast Sunday Dinner was lovely. The roast potatoes were stunning and veg cooked to perfection. The young waiting staff were so profesional and run off their feet. They really are a credit. The decor might be a bit tired but the food and service was excell
Lovely little pub, staff very friendly
On holiday with the family, we had a few drinks, the chicken strip ciabatta and the prawn sandwich. Our daughter had the tomato pasta with cheese. Food was lovely, drinks were as you’d expect but the service was fantastic. The Brunette lady was absolutely amazing especially in terms of communicating
What a lovely old pub with 21st century service
Shame can't give 5*, since the food is great pub food, nice room and the staff are pleasant .... but... the service is very very slow, I had time and knew it would be worth waiting, but I saw two other tables walk out without even being asked for a drink order let alone a food order. Not an isolated
Top place friendly bar staff excellent food and the have sausages for your dog so they can eat with you can't fault it
A nice location on Rhos Point, just off the Prom, it's centuries old building so small car park. There is a larger public car park a short walk away though.
Good food menu and good selection of drinks, bottles and taps. Big outside area for al fresco dining, thankfully protected by netting to avoid
Christmas Day (14 people- including 3 toddlers)
Had to pre order. Excellent quality food. Young but attentive staff.
We were appropriately seated for such a big group (didn't feel squashed in and the toddlers could walk round to different adults)
Easy parking, wheelchair access.
