Absolutely lovely place and Dogs are welcome. We went for breakfast at around 9.30am. Plenty of seating available at that time, both inside and out, but lots of people coming and going for breakfast or a brew. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and seemed happy in their work. Always a good sign. The menu was extensive and included more unusual breakfast items including eggs benedict and eggs royal, which shows that they are catering for a wider audience than just your typical cafe. The tea and coffee was of very high quality and the food was delicious, well prepared, obviously locally sourced and was quick to be served. Highly recommended and will be going again.
Just writing this as I have finished breakfast.
Was warmly greeted by a lovely young man called Will. Was 2 minutes earlier than Sunday opening time of 10am but was not a problem.
I had lots of questions about the options but Will was very patient and professional. Chose croissant with bacon and cheese but was later told they had no croissants so went for eggy bread with bacon and 1 sausage. Definitely quality and stood out. Was advised it came with rocket salad and fruit.
Couldn't eat it quick enough! Had to ask for fruit bowl though.
Must add, all staff were very friendly and hard working.
Generally a good experience and would cone again. place was full within 30 minutes of opening but attention to detail could be worked on.
Fabulous place for lunch. I had warm goats cheese and beetroot salad. My husband had Coronation chicken wrap. Both delicious. Good selection of homemade cakes. Excellent gluten free and vegetarian options. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
Lovely little family run Cafe. Ordered the Sausage and Bacon Sandwich on artisan bread. It was enormous and very tasty. Prices are reasonable. Seemed to be fairly popular as it soon filled up. One big advantage was the fact that there is free parking outside for 90 minutes. Staff were friendly and the premises are nice and clean. Well recommended.
Everything was beautiful, well presented and very reasonably priced.. BUT oh my goodness the cakes, which we were told, the owner makes, were absolutely amazing. I had the Ginger and Guinness cake and it was probably one of the best cakes I've ever had. Will definitely go back.
Lovely venue. We went for breakfast a couple of times. Very nice staff, food came quickly and was really good. Thank you. Next time we're up we'll be back. Good luck to you.
An absolute gem to visit and couldn't recommend Marmalade high enough. Sophie ( the owner) is so welcoming and even has time to chat with you, plus the staff are excellent, friendly and nothing is too much trouble..rare .A must visit when you are visiting Rhos-On-Sea 😊.
Very nice cafe with lovely food and staff were friendly and efficient
Recently discovered this outstanding café. Always clean and tidy on our visits.
The staff always have time for you and seem to be really happy in their work. Always a great selection of homemade cakes available and always variations.
We had our first meals this visit, quite possibly the best fish and chips ever. No fat on the plate, good quantity of quality food.
Very nice place over the promenade. Ship themed. Nice selection of food, but, i only had coffee and cake. Coffee was nice but a bit small though. Cakes look and taste delicious. Amazing friendly staff. Definitely recommend to try whenever in the area.
