I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cardiff airport bar and restaurant, and let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise! The bar staff were not only efficient and attentive, but they also had a great sense of humor that made waiting for my flight a lot more enjoyable. Plus, there was this one guy with long, curly hair who not only served up fantastic drinks but also added a touch of style to the whole experience. If you find yourself at the airport, make sure to stop by this bar and restaurant for a great time and some top-notch service!
It's big and spacious and calm, a bit soulless perhaps. I really like the menu with all its vegan and plant-based options, I really do, but my loaded chips with fake-chicken and katsu wasn't great - the chips were undercooked (white and a little raw), there was no seasoning at all, there was too little katsu (a mean teaspoon where it needed to be swimming in it), and the fake chicken was underwhelming. Great ideas just not brilliantly executed. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
I was served by Ignas during my recent visit to Cardiff Airport and he was very welcoming and helpful. From conversation he has recently moved from being kitchen staff to front of house staff, but his customer service skills cannot be faulted.
Hannah served us most of our stay at Cardiff Airport and can say on behalf of Cowbridge Male Voice Choir she was brilliant! Service second to none!!

Within the limitations of an airport restaurant, this fared very well in my estimation. Neil provided pleasant, attentive service and my craving for a hamburger and chips (fries) was satisfied - they were excellent. You could also see the staff interacting with each other and they seemed to enjoy working with each other - nice to witness that. Well done all of you.

Quite expensive for food and drinks but yo be expected at an airport. The food was typical pub grub. The nachos for 2 were really nice and was big portion. Service was fast.
